He claims he paid cash to Emma and was issued a receipt in the names of Twinkle promotions,a company that is owned by Emma Carlos.<\/p>\n
According to the promoter, he has opened a case file at Old Kampala police station and Emma Carlos is on a wanted list.<\/p>\n
