PHOTO BY ABUBAKER LUBOWA<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Mr Kirumira who is out on bail is jointly charged with his bodyguard Cpl Thomas Okoth.<br \/>\nHe was ordered to deposit his passport in court and not to travel abroad until the case is concluded.<br \/>\nThey are both charged with attempting to kill his neighbour, one Victor Bitwire.
