Java House has come under fire for their bad service lately.<\/p>\n

The coffee chain hass customers flooded on social media with negative reviews.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis place has the worst customer service I have seen!! It\u2019s a complete opposite of what you will find in the same restaurants in Kenya. Their branch in Acacia place needs some serious improvement in customer service,\u201d the post reads.<\/p>\n

\u201cI was meeting a client for a lunch meeting, so I wanted to order for Lunch. My several attempts to call a waitress were totally ignored and because I needed to eat, I decided to go to the counter and pick the menu.\u201d<\/p>\n

The customer says that upon deciding on what they wanted to eat, they couldn\u2019t get anyone to take their order, despite that the waitresses were watching him call them. The post also shows that getting their bill was also the same.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe called the person who served us but she just ignored. When we decided to walkout, she came to us saying the bill system was having a problem and she was trying to get the bill,\u201d the post continues.<\/p>\n

In a comment, another client who goes by the name Cissy Lutalo says they had a similar experience at the outlet at Shell Lugogo Bypass.<\/p>\n

\u201c<\/strong>I went to this on at Shell Lugogo by pass. Food tasteless as if that isn\u2019t enough, their juice is so disgusting. They claim its fresh juice yet its some sort of concoction from some powder sort of. Fresh juice doesn\u2019t taste as flat as that.\u201d<\/p>\n
