It is a simle meal for you to make this hectic monday.<\/p>\n<h4>Ingredients<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"clearfix\"><label class=\"clearfix\" for=\"1\">2 cup basmati rice<\/label><\/li>\n<li class=\"clearfix\"><label class=\"clearfix\" for=\"3\">1\/2 cup peas<\/label><\/li>\n<li class=\"clearfix\"><label class=\"clearfix\" for=\"5\">1\/2 cup grated carrot<\/label><\/li>\n<li class=\"clearfix\"><label class=\"clearfix\" for=\"7\">4 medium chopped onion<\/label><\/li>\n<li class=\"clearfix\"><label class=\"clearfix\" for=\"9\">10 cashews<\/label><\/li>\n<li class=\"clearfix\"><label class=\"clearfix\" for=\"11\">1 teaspoon spice black pepper<\/label><\/li>\n<li class=\"clearfix\"><label class=\"clearfix\" for=\"13\">4 green cardamom<\/label><\/li>\n<li class=\"clearfix\"><label class=\"clearfix\" for=\"15\">2 cinnamon<\/label><\/li>\n<li class=\"clearfix\"><label class=\"clearfix\" for=\"17\">1 tablespoon crushed to paste garlic<\/label><\/li>\n<li class=\"clearfix\"><label class=\"clearfix\" for=\"19\">1 bunch curry leaves<\/label><\/li>\n<li class=\"clearfix\"><label class=\"clearfix\" for=\"21\">2 teaspoon salt<\/label><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"clearfix\"><label class=\"clearfix\" for=\"2\">3 cup coconut milk<\/label><\/li>\n<li class=\"clearfix\"><label class=\"clearfix\" for=\"6\">1\/2 cup grated coconut<\/label><\/li>\n<li class=\"clearfix\"><label class=\"clearfix\" for=\"8\">8 sliced bread slices<\/label><\/li>\n<li class=\"clearfix\"><label class=\"clearfix\" for=\"10\">10 soaked almonds<\/label><\/li>\n<li class=\"clearfix\"><label class=\"clearfix\" for=\"12\">1 teaspoon cumin powder<\/label><\/li>\n<li class=\"clearfix\"><label class=\"clearfix\" for=\"14\">2 clove<\/label><\/li>\n<li class=\"clearfix\"><label class=\"clearfix\" for=\"16\">1 tablespoon crushed to paste ginger<\/label><\/li>\n<li class=\"clearfix\"><label class=\"clearfix\" for=\"18\">6 tablespoon ghee<\/label><\/li>\n<li class=\"clearfix\"><label class=\"clearfix\" for=\"20\">1 bunch chopped coriander leaves<\/label><\/li>\n<li class=\"clearfix\"><label class=\"clearfix\" for=\"22\">2 teaspoon gasa gasa<\/label><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"stepsdata\" class=\"recipetabsdata\">\n<h2 class=\"methodheading\">How to make Bread Biryani<\/h2>\n<div class=\"steps_listings clearfix\">\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div>Step 1<\/div>\n<p>To make this delicious biryani recipe, take a pan and heat it over moderate flame. Dry roast cardamom, cloves and cinnamon in the pan and grind these ingredients to a fine powder in a blender. Now heat little ghee in the same pan over moderate flame and fry the basmati rice for about 30-45 seconds. Once done, remove from flame and transfer the rice in a separate bowl.<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Step 2<\/div>\n<p>Then add a little ghee again to the pan again and fry the bread pieces till crisp. Once done, keep the bread slices aside in a bowl. Now grind the almonds, cashew nuts, coconut and gasa gasa to a smooth paste. Heat a little ghee in a pressure cooker. Add the cinnamon powder, ginger garlic paste, onions, salt and curry leaves.<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Step 3<\/div>\n<p>Saute well for a minute or two. Add the radish, carrot and green peas. Stir well and add the coconut milk. Bring to a boil and then add the rice and pressure cook till 2 whistles. Once done, add the cumin powder, pepper powder, bread slices, coriander leaves and mix well.
