I Am Used As An Example In Church – Ebony

The 90’s ‘badgyal’, Ebony, states that her pastor encourages his members to be more like her.

She made these statements in an interview with Akwesi Aboagye on Neat FM’s Entertainment Ghana. She was asked how her church members react when they see her in church. Her response was, “I go to church at Golden Center in Madina. I don’t attend church frequently but I normally go anytime I get the chance. I have sung about twice in church. My favorite gospel musicians are Noble Nketiah and Diana Asamoah. For me, I care less about those who decide to talk about me because of how I dress to perform on stage”

She was also asked if her pastor knew who she was. The singer replied in the affirmative.

“Yes my pastors knows me very well, he even uses me as example telling the members to pay their tithe because even my duaghter Ebony you always condemn has paid her tithe”
