Video: Sbahle Mpisane Hits The Gym
Sbahle Mpisane made her way to the gym for the first time since her accident. She has been out of hospital for about a month and seems to be doing well.
She took to Instagram to share a series of videos doing some workouts. Although her bandages and wheelchair are visible, she is able to workout.
“Thank you my friend @yolanda_sokhela for helping me workout today we did so well [sic]” Sbahle wrote.
