Fake friends are everywhere. We all hang out with fake friends without knowing it.

We have friends who are jealous of our achievements, friends who will talk trash and ruthlessly abuse your association with them for personal gain. We also have friends who are happy that we are underachievers. We have friends who would sleep with our partners if they got the slightest opportunity and we also have friends who wouldn’t hesitate to offer us as sacrifices if a fake jujuman asked them to. Remember, someone who smiles too much with you can sometime frown too much with you at your back

Guys, you all have that friend who only calls you on Friday nights for a party plan. You buy him drinks worth 3k yet you refused to send 500 bob to your mom the other day. What about that friend who only comes around to smoke weed with you? Not to forget the guy you told a very personal secret and the next day it was community knowledge.

Ladies, there is the BFF who’s never happy for your relationships. She always has bad and discouraging things to say about your boyfriends. And is she in a perfect relationship herself? No even close. The longest she ever dated someone was a week. She also gets mad when you refuse to do things for her yet the only significant thing she has ever done for you is buy you chipomwitu ……shame, shame, shame

You definitely have these types of friends — everyone does. They only reach out to you when they need something. Any other time you holla at them, it’s because you’re making that first text or call.

Well, now is the time to stop being so damn nice to people who don’t help you. You are who you hang out with. Be true to yourself. Those people don’t deserve your help or friendship — let alone the privilege to even call you a friend or best friend —  well, get rid of them quicker than a Usain Bolt dash to the finish line
