Whose Heroin Is This? Illicit Narcotic Sealed In A Parcel Sent From China To Kisumu Intercepted At JKIA

Kisumu bound heroin from China was yesterday intercepted at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport by Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) officers.

Sniffer dogs singled out a parcel that had been sent from China and destined for Kisumu. Upon opening the package, KRA officers found Narcotic substances said to be heroin which was weighing 1kg.

Anti-Narcotics Unit (ANU) were called in to take over the investigations after the heroin was found at a DHL warehouses in the airport.

Even though the package was heading to someone in Kisumu, no names were mentioned. So the owner of the narcotics is still anonymous to the public!!
