Would You Ever Fall Victim to ‘Naswa’?

Hate them or love them, ‘Naswa’ are doing a fantastic job at making Kenyans take things with just a bit more pinch of sugar.

The country was introduced to the concept of drawing out humor and response from ordinary citizens about their daily business on ‘Just for Laughs’, which was initially a laugh festival established in 1983 in Montreal, Quebec.

It became a television show after its massive success of being crowned the largest international comedy festival in the world. Even though it started out as a francophone event, it went anglophone with series being shot in the US and some clips in the UK.

Naswa was brought by Citizen TV and Kenyans have truly had a hearty laugh as they watch the Naswa crew pull stunts on citizens caught unaware. Do you think you’ll ever be ‘naswa’d’?
