Do you remember the infamous fake cop Waiganjo, the imposter that rose to the ranks of an assistant police commissioner??
The imposter is hitting headlines again after a Naivasha court sentenced him to 5 years in prison. Senior Resident Magistrate Shadrack Mwinzi jailed the fake cop for five years for impersonating police officer.
But wasn’t Waiganjo already sentenced to a prison term? I remember the ninja has been locked in Naivasha maximum prison for the last two years.
Naivasha Resident Magistrate Selina Muchungi found Waiganjo guilty of being in possession of various police uniforms against the law and sentenced him to 2 years in prison. That was way back in September 2013.
Why is he being punished twice when he was already serving a prison term? I also hear Waiganjo is also facing convictions from other courts. Can somebody explain to me how justice served in Kenya?
