Wyre Explains How He Deals With Over Enthusiastic Female Fans & Groupies

A few Kenyan celebrities have gained the unsavory reputation of ‘feeling sweet’ when approached by fans.

Others walk hurriedly past their fans, eyes hidden behind gargantuan sunglasses ignoring the waving hands and wide eager eyes. But Wyre says he is not about that life.

“I take the attention positively. It feels like you have not wasted time in the studio.” he says on fans appreciating him passionately.

“The fact that someone says that they love your music and ask for an autograph, you feel appreciated. That’s I would never turn down an autograph because that is someone who you have actually impacted their life positively with your music. And the gratitude you can show is at least sign that autograph .I’m not the kind of guy who would ‘snob’ you because you came to say hi.” he says.

Hmm…that kind of attitude is the reason Wyre has managed to stay at the top of his game, he knows the value of his fans and appreciates them accordingly.
