Zari Hassan’s Show Was Dope! Now Gear Up For Davido’s Concert

Afro beats music is now one of the most recognizable music genres in the world and has influenced as many Western musicians with its exuberant style and polyrhythm.

Sky Hitz Global an event activation company (Africa and Asia) first initiated the AfroBeats Festival in 2011 in Malaysia. It grew from its 1st Edition in 2011, 2nd edition in 2012, 3rd edition 2013 and 4th edition 2014.

Great steps have now been taken to introducing the AfroBeatz Festival in Kenya and this will be the 1st of its kind in Africa. AfroBeatz Festival Kenya 2015 has been designed to showcase and celebrate the existence of Afro Music, Culture and Heritage in Kenya.

The Event will consist of series of activities Music, Comedy, Dance Display, DJ Battle Competition and lots more.
AFROBEATZ FESTIVAL KENYA 2015 promises a spectacular performances from Afro beats Artists, Cultural and Afro beats dance groups, a Party atmosphere, with extensive media coverage on mainstream platforms. AFRO BEATZ FESTIVAL KENYA 2015 intends to give musical talent from the continent of Africa and Afro beats generation a voice in Kenya and East Africa.

The Headliners for the past AfroBeatz Festival are Artists that have distinguished themselves excellently in Afro music at that particular year. 2011 was Ice Prince Zamani, 2012 Olamide, 2013 Burna Boy and 2014 Iyanya. The official headliner for the Afro Beatz Festival Kenya 2015 is DAVIDO aka OBO who is Africa’s current number 1 Artist, BET Best African Act of the Year 2014, MAMA Best Artist of the Year 2014, Headiness Award Best Artist of the Year 2014 and many more.

Davido will be performing all his mega hits songs Skelewu, Aye, Owo ni koko and lots more along side other Artists in Kenya and its environs. Also we will be having other performing artists Fena, Muthoni DQ , DJ Creme de la Creme , Dj Protege, Dj Kafi and also we will be DJ Flava and DJ Ice from Malaysia.

 A Dj battle will be conducted during the event by DJs who will want to display there talents and compete with themselves in a constructive manner. The winner of the battle will be titled ‘KING OF AFROBEATZ KENYA 2015″ will have a scholarship sponsor to a Dj Academy.
