Zoleka Mandela welcomes baby boy
Zoleka Mandela has welcomed her fifth child, baby Zenzile Mutoba Bashala.
Her sister posted the first photo of the baby in Zoleka’s arms and we are loving it.
“Birth of my 7th grandchild Zenzile Mutoba Bashala #proudmom #onelove,” she captioned the adorable snap.
In a previous Instagram post, Zoleka spoke of how she was told that getting pregnant could increase her risk of getting cancer again.
“I am 37 years old and have been pushed into early/medical menopause twice in my life. Pregnancy and weight gain increase estrogen in my body which only accelerates the growth of cancer cells.
“I cried myself to sleep last night, told myself I’d cry for an hour only then keep it moving but only fell asleep at 2 AM, having cried for what felt like an entire day. Just want to have another baby; I thought I would be in the process of trying for twins this year. Guess I haven’t quite come to terms with my infertility.”
