Betty Kyallo reflects on 11 year age-gap between her daughters
Betty Kyallo has opened up about the growing bond between her two daughters, Ivanna and Nova, sharing a heartfelt reflection on their sibling relationship.
Through a series of social media posts, the mother of two revealed that her daughters are separated by an 11-year age gap — a situation she says closely resembles her own upbringing.
The former news anchor posted candid photos on Instagram showing her eldest daughter, Ivanna, lovingly caring for newborn Nova. Betty expressed confidence that the large age difference would create a strong and protective lifelong connection between the two sisters.
A reflection of the Kyallo sisters
Betty also highlighted similarities between her daughters’ relationship and the close bond she shares with her younger sister, Gloria Kyallo.
Betty and Gloria are 13 years apart in age but have remained notably close over the years, frequently sharing moments of their sisterhood publicly.
“Ivanna and Nova are 11 years apart. I’m sure they’ll love each other so much,” Betty captioned one of the photos.
Gloria had previously spoken about how having an older sister who also played a parental role positively shaped her life.
Drawing from that experience, Betty said she believes her daughters will develop a similarly strong relationship.
“Their age difference is almost the same as mine and Gloria Kyallo. So I know they will have a very beautiful relationship just like Lolo and I,” she wrote.
