Nicah The Queen Fires Back At Dr. Ofweneke’s Ex-Partner Over Viral Posts

The turbulent fallout surrounding veteran Kenyan comedian and media personality Sande Bush, popularly known as Dr. Ofweneke, has taken a dramatic turn. His first ex-wife, gospel artist and digital creator Nicah The Queen, has officially entered the fray, issuing a stern, unyielding warning to Ofweneke’s immediate ex-partner, Joan Mwaniki, over the unauthorized online exposure of her children.

The public feud erupted after Dr. Ofweneke shared viral video clips celebrating his traditional wedding to his new partner, Diana Ingosi. In response, a blindsided Mwaniki launched an aggressive social media tirade, alleging that the comedian had cheated on her and contracted the marriage entirely behind her back. For days, Mwaniki has been leaking private screenshots, personal archives, and videos detailing the messy breakdown of their relationship, completely ignoring reports that the comedian’s legal team is currently preparing a massive defamation lawsuit against her.

However, the online drama crossed a sacred line for Nicah The Queen when Mwaniki allegedly dragged Nicah’s two daughters—whom she shares with Ofweneke—into the digital warfare. Taking to her platforms to deliver an unfiltered video address, the gospel artist fiercely put Mwaniki in her place.

“Sometimes a voice is better than typing. I figured this would settle some tension,” Nicah stated. “So yesterday, around 15 minutes to midnight, a friend of mine sent me a screenshot and told me, ‘Nicah, do you know that lady that has been fighting with Ofweneke has posted your children?’ I was like, what do you mean? Then I went and checked and I was like, these are my kids. I was like, the audacity! I do not even see why you would include children in this whole drama.”

Nicah disclosed that she initially reached out to Mwaniki privately via Instagram direct messages, politely requesting the immediate removal of the posts featuring the minors. However, the interaction quickly soured when Mwaniki allegedly attempted to weaponize sensitive domestic gossip to trigger an emotional reaction from her.

“I think the statement that I finished with nonsense really got to you,” Nicah fired back in her video. “You wrote me a whole paragraph of how Ofweneke calls me, what he says about me. I don’t care. He is an ex from 10 years ago! Maybe if you would have told me this nine years ago, I would have cried. You know exactly what you are doing, including my kids in all this.”

Nicah’s fierce protective stance has earned widespread commendation from parenting groups and entertainment enthusiasts across Kenya. Netizens have overwhelmingly supported her intervention, reiterating that regardless of the bitterness or betrayal shared between consenting adults, innocent children should never be utilized as collateral damage or leverage in public smear campaigns. While Mwaniki continues to face intense public scrutiny for her actions, Ofweneke and his new bride have maintained a strict digital silence, letting the legal frameworks take their course.
