Bahati Unveils New House Under Construction After Robbery Incident At His Popular Home
Kenyan singer Bahati has announced a new real estate venture, the construction of an apartment block named “Majesty Heights.” The reality star shared the news with his fans on Saturday, August 30, 2025, posting a video of himself inspecting the construction site.
“Saturdays are for investment inspections… I don’t want noise, let’s go get money, youth,” he captioned the video, though he kept the exact location of the project private.
A Weekend of Lavish Displays
The announcement comes just a day after Bahati made headlines for a different reason: flaunting wads of cash and gifting his wife, Diana Marua, Ksh1 million for a weekend of fun. In a video shared on Instagram, Bahati handed over the large sum, telling Diana to “just go enjoy Friday.”
Diana, visibly surprised by the gesture, asked about their long-discussed plans to move houses, but Bahati playfully intensified his gift, encouraging her to spend the money freely. He even took a jab at Diana’s exes, joking that they must be “suffering” while watching him shower her with expensive gifts.

Security Concerns
This lavish public display followed a more serious incident. Hours before gifting his wife the money, Bahati revealed that his Nairobi home had been the target of a suspected robbery attempt. He shared CCTV footage from the early hours of Friday morning, showing two individuals loitering near his residence.
In the same video, Bahati tried to reassure Diana that the situation was under control, telling her,
“I am going to apply for a short gun. I have something bigger, okay?”
