Brenda discusses Stevo Simple Boy’s quirks
enyan musician Stevo Simple Boy and his wife Brenda have once again opened up about their marriage and personal lives — a topic that has continued to fascinate fans ever since the couple announced they were expecting their first child.
The pair, who held a vibrant baby shower in August attended by friends, celebrities, and loyal supporters, recently shared candid insights into their relationship during a sit-down interview with comedian Oga Obinna.
Brenda Speaks on Her UK Plans and Meeting Stevo
Brenda revealed that before crossing paths with Stevo Simple Boy, she had been preparing to relocate to the United Kingdom (UK) for a job opportunity.
“Before I met Stivo, I was going to the UK. My passport was ready, and I had someone helping me secure a job there,” she shared.
However, her life took an unexpected turn when she met Stevo — a relationship that made her reconsider her travel plans and stay in Kenya.
Brenda clarified that the man assisting her with the travel process was simply a friend and not a romantic partner. “The person I’m always talking to is not even in Kenya. I usually give Stevo the phone to talk to him, and I told him this person can help us,” she added.
Inside Their Marital Struggles
While the couple appeared affectionate during the interview, Brenda admitted that their marriage has not been without challenges.
She accused the Ndio Maanake hitmaker of occasionally hiding to speak with other women, a behavior she said makes her uncomfortable.
“He has so many mistakes. For example, hiding so he can talk to women,” Brenda alleged.
Stevo, however, defended himself, insisting that most of his conversations are purely professional. “Sometimes I get calls from clients or people who want to work with me,” he said.
