Kanyari Urges Kenyans To Celebrate Late Betty Bayo’s Birthday
Prophet Victor Kanyari of Salvation Healing Ministry has penned an emotional tribute, urging Kenyans to help him honour his late ex-wife, gospel singer Betty Bayo, on what would have been her special day.
Kanyari took to Facebook on Friday, November 28, 2025, calling on citizens of goodwill to join him in celebrating the mother of his children, just days after her emotional burial in Kiambu County.
He posted a heartfelt message accompanied by pictures of the late singer, reflecting his enduring love and grief.
“Despite being late… help me wish mama Sky in heaven a happy birthday and my son Danny Victor,” Kanyari posted, drawing an outpouring of sympathy and messages of strength from his followers.
Revisiting Their Final Conversation
In a separate emotional message, the prophet revisited the profound final moments he shared with Betty Bayo, stating that her last words remain deeply etched in his memory.
“That last conversation we had is and will be engraved on my memory forever,” Kanyari wrote. “Continue resting easy, Mama Sky. I promised to keep our children safe while you were alive, and I’ll still do that even after you left.”
His emotional openness resonated with supporters and social media users, many of whom praised his courage for publicly honouring his former partner in such a vulnerable way.
Betty Bayo, mother to Sky and Danny, passed away after a long battle with blood cancer and was laid to rest at her farm in Kiambu’s Nduberi area on Thursday, November 20, 2025.
