In a candid Instagram update shared on Sunday, January 18, 2026, Pritty Vishy expressed deep regret over her past association with the Freshibarida hitmaker, claiming that being linked to him is now a source of personal shame.

A Source of Embarrassment?

Vishy didn’t hold back when addressing their former romance, suggesting that some past relationships are better left forgotten.

“Some people are just an embarrassment to call your ex,” she wrote.

Addressing long-standing claims that she used Stevo’s fame as a springboard for her own career, Vishy argued that her current platform is the result of her own hustle. To prove her point, she referenced Stevo’s other past relationships.

“If I used our relationship to bag followers, why didn’t [his ex] Grace do the same?” she posed. “I worked to become the person I am today.”

Stevo Fires Back: “Is She Even a Celeb?”

Vishy’s comments appear to be a direct response to a scathing interview Stevo Simple Boy gave earlier that day. During the sit-down, the rapper laughed off the idea that Vishy is a “celebrity” in her own right.

“Is Pritty even a celeb?” Stevo asked rhetorically. “A celebrity where? What exactly does she do in Kenya to earn that title? Apart from being Stevo Simple Boy’s ex, what else can you say you know her for?”

Stevo further challenged the public to compare their impact, asserting that his content carries significantly more weight than hers. “If you compare me and her, who do you go to? Whose content actually makes you happy?”

No Room for Reconciliation

The rapper also took the opportunity to debunk several rumors surrounding their breakup, including claims that Vishy had pressured him into fatherhood. He warned fans to take her statements with a grain of salt, saying, “Anything you hear from her mouth, just know it’s a lie.”

When asked if there was any chance of a future reconciliation or a friendship if she apologized, Stevo’s response was final.

“Never, never. Over my dead body,” he declared, noting that she had previously missed her window to make amends.
