He specifically addresses those who undergo liposuction or similar surgeries, noting that their actions can negatively impact the self-esteem of other women, particularly those who may not be able to afford such procedures.

He stated, “You were once overweight and then had liposuction to slim down… What message do you think you’re sending to that girl at home watching you, who has a larger body and can’t afford those surgeries? Instead of being a good example by embracing your natural body, you change it, which lowers her self-esteem.”
