Willis Raburu and marya prude were once what was considered a Kenyan power couple. And then things fell apart. It was later alleged that a miscarriage was the cause of the problems but today, that allegation has been overtaken by a fresh one that seems to hint at multiple cheating incidences.

Kenyans were recently shocked after Willis Raburu’s now estranged wife, Ivy namu took to her social media account to announce that she and her husband were separated and headed towards a divorce. And while most people expressed some level of consternation, Marya Prude took to her social media with sheer glee.

Perhaps it’s down to schadenfreude from feeling personally avenged or perhaps it’s just human nature to enjoy seeing your ex stumble regardless of what happened in your relationship. Marya Prude took to her social media to mock the post Ivy Namu made by quoting it and making it about her hair.

Marya later revealed that she had received many positive reactions and promised to share some of the messages with her followers to explain why she was in such a good mood.

“Now, because we have time before this hair gets done, let me show you some responses I have gotten ndio you understand why we are extremely happy,” she said.

Marya Opens Up About Divorce

Marya’s latest remarks come months after she opened up about her separation from her former husband, Willis Raburu, sharing details about how their divorce process unfolded.

She revealed that she was caught off guard when she received divorce papers at a time when she believed they were still trying to repair their relationship.

Although the two were already separated, Marya said the decision surprised her because she thought they were still working through their issues.

“I was served divorce papers when I was thinking we were working on it. I was sent the documents on WhatsApp, but we were separated at that time,” she explained.

“Kupata hizo documents nikasema it is okay. That was my immediate attitude. Mimi sikuwa ati ooh we get parents, we get pastors. Mimi nilikuwa am done,” she said.

Her latest update has left fans speculating about the changes she may be embracing as she moves forward following the end of her marriage.
