Tanzanian actress Jessie Q has been laid to rest after she passed on during child birth.
The singer was laid to rest on April 9 at her parents home in Morogoro, Tanzania three days after she passed on at the Mwananyamala Hospital in Dar Es Salaam, barely hours after giving birth to a bouncing baby boy.
Sad affair
Her death was confirmed by The House of Talent producer Rehema Jones who said she passed on after developing complications a few hours after delivering her son.
Her burial attracted thousands of Tanzanians and local celebrities who turned up to bid their colleague farewell in the sad event.
