Former K24 anchor Karen Knaust Karimi lost her sister close to three years ago. Ruth Wangeci Knaust was killed on the night of 29th November 2015.
Ruth passed on when a drunk driver veered off his lane and rammed head on into her car. She succumbed to the injuries minutes after being taken to the hospital.
Ruth and her two sisters Karen and Vaishali had just attended Eric Omondi’s Untamed show at the Bomas of Kenya before the accident happened.
Drunk driver nabbed
The drunk driver went missing after causing the accident. Karimi Knaust couldn’t hide her joy after the hunted fugitive was finally nabbed.
The former TV girl took to social media to break the good news, she says the family of the killer drunk driver had been aiding him to evade police.
