Loyiso Bala has been appointed as channel director for Trinity Broadcasting Network (TBN).

The Africa faith and family television network made the announcement on Tuesday morning.

The network said Bala’s role would lead an experienced team in increasing viewer experience. The singer will oversee content creation, brand and channel identity, marketing, and new business strategies.

The excited muso said he was honored and humbled to be granted the opportunity to lead a team which he has been a part of for the past three years.

“I look forward to the challenge and to continue building on the great success that has been achieved by TBN thus far.”

TBN Africa managing director Lucky Mbiko said the network was excited about bringing Bala onboard: “We believe he will form an integral part in our next phase of our development strategy.”

Loyiso Balatook to social media to share a precious moment he had with his three month old daughter.

The two were having a ‘conversation’ that just made the father-daughter duo feel so special.

Loyiso captioned the post: “I can hardly get a word in once @toribala gets going. Imagine once those words get formed. [sic]”

During the father and daughter’s secret conversation, the two talk about their day, and Loyiso tells her: “That’s okay, you don’t have to get emotional.”

His daughter Tori, was born in May, and is his second child with wife Jennifer.

Loyiso Bala took time on Instagram to celebrate the three most important ladies in his life. That is his wife and two daughters. He thanked them for making him an infinitely better man.

“Yes, I’m sure I’d be just as happy if I had boys instead of girls. But there’s something special about the bond between a dad and his daughters that cannot be explained, and I wouldn’t change that bond for anything.

“I also thank God that he’s given me a wife who not only is the perfect role model to our girls but unselfishly nurtures and takes care of them with love, patience, humility, kindness, simplicity, perseverance, tolerance, forgiveness and understanding.”
