Mzungu tout shouting ‘mbao mbao’ at the train station melts the hearts of Kenyans (Video)

First there was an Italian tout operating in Kitengela route. And now an American makanga has wowed Kenyans with sheer display of Kenyan matatu culture at the train station.

Kenyans were in awe after learning that a white Italian – Lucia Alessandra Murotto was working as a tout on a matatu plying Kitengela route. Lucia was hosted on Churchill Show and she revealed that she was the official weekend conductor of Kitengela’s matatu Tity Boy aka 2 Chains.

Lucia aside, an American Justin Bradford is also causing tongues to wag thanks to his display of Kenyan matatu culture at a train station in Oregon, USA.

Bradford was caught on camera shouting “mbao mbao” at the train in Oregan like a typical Githurai makanga in Nairobi CBD.

Bradford’s command of Swahili and hilarious depiction of a typical Kenyan makanga has made many people share the clip on social media.
