Kenyan YouTuber Miss Trudy has emotionally opened up about her difficult journey to motherhood as she announced that she is finally bringing her baby to Kenya to meet her father.

Sharing a heartfelt post on Instagram alongside a photo carrying her child, the content creator reflected on the painful period she endured after suffering several miscarriages before finally becoming a mother.

Emotional Conversation With Her Father

Miss Trudy recalled one heartbreaking phone call when she informed her father that she had lost another pregnancy.

“The last time I told him I had a miscarriage, I could hear his voice breaking on the other side of the phone as he said, ‘Let me call you back,’” she shared.

According to the YouTuber, she immediately sensed how devastated her father was by the news.

She later revealed that the conversation became even more emotional after her father told her what he had done following her repeated losses.

“He later broke my heart when he told me he went in front of the church and asked God to forgive him if he had committed any sin that made his only daughter go through so many miscarriages,” she wrote.

Finally Bringing Her Baby Home

Miss Trudy said she is now preparing to travel to Kenya with her child, describing the moment as a major blessing and a dream fulfilled for her family.

The influencer noted that the journey holds deep emotional significance after years of pain, disappointment, and unanswered prayers while trying to become a mother.

“What he prayed for has finally come to pass. See what the Lord has done!” she wrote.

Her emotional message attracted reactions from fans and fellow creators, with many congratulating her and celebrating her motherhood journey.

Miss Trudy, a Kenyan YouTuber married to Ghanaian YouTuber Wode Maya, shared her distressing experience after being detained at a US airport, causing her to miss her flight. This wasn’t the first time she faced such an ordeal.

Expressing her frustration on her YouTube channel, Trudy recounted, “I was told to sit down, with no explanation, while the plane was about to depart. I was confused. They demanded a return ticket from Ghana, but I explained that I don’t reside in Ghana; I’m married there. I even showed them my marriage certificate, but it didn’t help. I felt so helpless.”

Trudy clarified that despite living in Ghana, she hadn’t acquired citizenship yet. “Foreigners don’t get IDs immediately,” she explained, emphasizing her predicament.

She shared the financial strain of being stranded, saying, “Living in Miami is expensive, and my cards weren’t working. The plane left me for no valid reason; they doubted the authenticity of my marriage.”

Trudy ended up sleeping in the hotel reception as her cards failed to go through. “I called the bank, but they were still resolving the issue. The Airbnb check-in was at 3:00 PM, and it was 3:00 AM,” she lamented.

Fortunately, she managed to travel later, with the airline even upgrading her to Business class, offering some relief after the ordeal.
