Shan George Shades Celebrities that are Always doing Giveaways Online

Veteran Nollywood actress, Shan George has bared out her mind on the issue of celebrities who are always doing giveaways online.

Recall that it has become a practice for celebrities to give gifts in form of cash and other material things to their online followers. This is often either for the sake of growing their followers or to extend goodwill towards them.

Shan George says celebrities should help their families.

In a recent Instagram post, the actress stated that these celebs should take care of their immediate families first. According to her, some of their parents almost didn’t get rice to eat for Christmas. She however added that some of them parade themselves online with borrowed cloths.

She wrote:

Their Mothers in the village almost didnt see Rice to Celebrate this last Christmas if not for some good friends who helped, but they are on a constant giveaway spree online, and busy posting pictures of themselves wearing other people’s cloths. Say wetin na?????

Actress, Shan George Expresses Disgust at Traditions or Religions that Support Child Marriage

Nollywood actress, Shan George, has taken to Instagram to react to the viral photo of a 70 year old man that got married to  15 year old girl.

Sharing a picture of the couple, the actress noted how disgusted she is. She however revealed that she detests any institution that supports child marriage. It ued to be okay during the stone age but not anymore, she stated.

My heart cant stop bleeding since i saw this wedding pix yesterday, i Detest any Man, Woman, Religion, Govt, Tradition or Anything under the Earth that would put a child like this under this kind of Eternal Emotional, Psycological and Physical Turture in d name of Marriage. If this used to be ok during the Stone Age for whatever reason, Now is the time to stop this HORROR. Poor child, I cant deal, i’m traumatised.

I’ve Never Been this Scared Flying on a Plane- Shan George Narrates her Recent Flight Experience

Shan George decries the pitiable state of an airline she flew recently.

Nollywood actress, Shan George, yesterday, took to Instagram, to narrate the pathetic experience she had in a Nigerian airline. Though she stated that she had landed safely, she noted that she hasn’t been this scared on an airline before. According to her, the flight felt like a Molue in the sky.

Her words;

I’ve just landed at my destination and grateful to God we r here in one piece. Seriously, transportation on d road is a write off, (no roads) by water is non existent, by train?

just forget it, by air is now becoming extinct wit d kind of planes plying commercial routes. Nigeria which way?

Ive never been this scared being in a plane, it felt like a molue in d sky, the airconditioner wasnt working and we made do wit manual fanning of ourselves (see d person behind me fanning seriously) I’m very angry right now.

Actress Shan George shares throwback and her marriage at 16

Veteran Nollywood actress and producer, Shan George posted a picture on Instagram sharing the young age at which she married.

The forty year old actress has two grown up sons.  Shan George has are own share of marriage having married thrice. The unmarried actress sometimes ago said that she has been unfortunate in marriage.

After taking a long break from the limelight, the actress recently returned to the screen. She has also made her Instagram account opened to discuss.

She shared a 16 year old throwback of herself on Instagram. Apart from referencing her beloved white slippers, Her other caption got our eye.

The actress recalled that instead of heading to the university at the age of 16, she married. She wrote:

“I was 16, just finished writing WAEC, and was supposed to be heading to the university. But headed for d isle instead. I been no dey take this my white rubber slippers play o! #tbt of life.”

It’s really  a throwback of life.
