Terry Crews’ sexual assault case against Agent Adam Venit rejected

Terry Crews’ assault case against WME agent Adam Venit, has been thrown out.

This is because, Venit did not make any contact with Terry’s skin, and there was no restraint involved.

The court documents obtained by E! News state: “given that the suspect did not make contact with the victim’s skin when he grabbed the victim’s genitals and there is no restraint involved, a felony filing is declined.”

The LA City Attorney rejected the case due to the statute of limitations. The misdemeanor statute is one year, and the incident happened in February, 2016.

Crews is said to have reported the incident on 8th November, 2017. He alleged that Venit had grabbed his crotch at an industry party.
