The country was left in shock earlier this week when Thoriso Themane was killed by a mob. This sparked the campaign #JusticeForThoriso on Twitter.
After his murder, his body was found between Erasmus Street and Cestrum Avenue in Flora Park. He was pronounced dead upon arrival at the hospital.
Thoriso is believed to have been murdered by a group of teenagers between the ages of 15 and 16 years old. This has left a large number of South Africans seeking justice.
The five suspects have since been arrested.
Thoriso was a college student and local musician.
