Pritty Vishy Debunks Myths About BBL and Tummy Tuck Procedures

Digital content creator and social media influencer Purity Vishenwa, widely known as Pritty Vishy, has weighed in on the ongoing public discourse surrounding cosmetic procedures, aiming to clarify common misinformation about Brazilian Butt Lifts (BBL), tummy tucks, and Lipo360.

In a video shared on her official Instagram account on Sunday, November 30, 2025, Pritty Vishy explained the mechanics of these enhancements, cautioning fans about the need for strict maintenance.

According to Vishy, the results from fat reduction procedures like Lipo360 (which targets the midsection circumferentially) and tummy tucks are not permanent if lifestyle changes are ignored.

“I’m seeing how you guys are thinking, and I’m getting very tired, let me educate you about BBL, tummy tuck, and lipo360. Lipo 360 and tummy tuck, if you don’t maintain a diet or start going to the gym, it comes back full,” she explained.

BBL: Fat Transfer vs. Silicone

Addressing the BBL procedure, Vishy emphasized that her own experience was not a “full BBL” but rather involved adding a small amount of transferred fat to achieve a subtle enhancement of her curves.

She directly challenged the online claim that BBL results can simply be “removed,” stating that this is only possible if the procedure used silicone implants, rather than the more common technique of autologous fat transfer.

“If you have done BBL, for me, I did BBL but it was not BBL BBL; a small amount of fat was added to lift my behinds a bit. To those who are saying Kenyans are just discovering BBL when Nigerians are removing it, you cannot remove BBL unless it is silicone,” she clarified.

Vishy explained that silicone is typically used when the person undergoing the cosmetic surgery does not have enough body fat to be transferred for the desired size.

She further clarified that BBL results are subject to the body’s natural weight fluctuations: “Here is the thing about BBL: if you start losing weight, you will lose the transferred fat, and when you start gaining weight, the transferred fat will also increase.”

The Local Surge in Cosmetic Procedures

This year, Kenya has seen a notable trend of influencers and public figures sharing their cosmetic surgery journeys or future plans. This trend has sparked public debate, with many netizens questioning the timing, especially amid circulating international reports that some individuals are reversing their BBL results. Pritty Vishy’s educational video serves as a response to this growing scrutiny.
