Fat, be gone! Gloria Ntazola’s plan to get to 60Kgs

Internet personality and beauty entrepreneur Gloria Ntazola has opened up about her ambitious weight-loss journey, outlining a strict plan aimed at helping her reach 60 kilograms by the end of the year.

In a candid Instagram post shared on Saturday, April 11, 2026, Ntazola revealed that she is already beginning to see results, expressing confidence that her efforts in the gym are paying off. She highlighted noticeable changes in her physique, particularly her back, which she says is becoming more defined.

“Trust me, that gym is paying off… I don’t know if you noticed, but my back is really sculpting,” she said, expressing excitement over her progress.

A Strict Lifestyle Shift

Ntazola also spoke openly about the disciplined routine she has adopted to achieve her target. She disclosed that she has significantly adjusted her diet, cutting down on most foods and largely relying on salads while maintaining consistency with her workouts.

“I know this sounds crazy, but by the end of this year I’ll be 60kgs,” she said.

In a light-hearted remark, she cautioned friends not to expect home-cooked meals from her anytime soon, emphasising that her focus is firmly on her fitness goals.

“Don’t ever ask me to cook for you… ni mimi na salads na gym,” she added.

Looking Ahead

As part of her plan, Ntazola has given herself two months to fully adapt to her new lifestyle. She shared that by mid-year, she hopes to confidently embrace a more outgoing social life and enjoy the results of her transformation.

“From July, I’ll be outside… wearing skimpy clothes,” she said, signalling her excitement about the changes ahead.

Past Cosmetic Surgery Revelation

Her fitness journey follows earlier revelations about undergoing cosmetic surgery in Nigeria. In November 2025, Ntazola disclosed that she spent approximately KSh900,000 on the procedure, alongside additional expenses for travel, accommodation, and aftercare.

She also shared a breakdown of the costs, offering followers insight into the financial commitment involved in seeking beauty procedures abroad.
