Controversial gospel singer, Karangu Muraya shares prophecy regarding Ruto’s presidency

Karangu Muraya has once again sparked online discussion after sharing a cryptic and humorous post, just a day after speaking about what he described as a spiritual revelation regarding William Ruto’s leadership.

In a post shared on Monday, April 13, 2026, Muraya uploaded a photoshopped image of himself with an exaggerated, enlarged stomach while holding a tray of food. The edited image, accompanied by a playful caption, quickly drew attention from his followers.

“Mr Karangu Muraya himself. Fearfully and wonderfully made,” he wrote.

Remarks on Ruto’s Leadership

The post comes shortly after Muraya claimed that the Holy Spirit revealed that President Ruto would serve for 10 years in office.

Speaking at a church gathering on Sunday, April 12, 2026, following a meeting between the president and Akorino faithfuls, Muraya said the message was received during prayers as the ministry marked a decade since its establishment.

He explained that the revelation was communicated to church leaders through reverends, drawing a parallel between the ministry’s 10-year milestone and what he described as Ruto’s projected time in leadership at State House.

“When the Holy Spirit spoke, it spoke to our reverends and told them that now that this church has reached ten years, President Ruto will also serve ten years in the State House. I am saying this with respect,” he said.
