DJ Moh Reveals His Multi-Million Family Mansion Is 95% Complete

Gospel singer Size 8’s husband, renowned DJ Moh, has provided a detailed update on the construction of their family mansion, revealing that the high-end property is estimated to cost approximately Ksh46 million upon completion.

Speaking to YouTubers on Sunday, November 23, 2025, DJ Moh confirmed that the ambitious project is nearing the finish line, with construction already at the 95 per cent mark.

Focus on Quality, Not Guesswork

Moh emphasized that the couple deliberately took their time to ensure the house met their exact standards, prioritizing quality over speed.

“Yeah, by the way, the house we are building is going well, and we are progressing safely… Right now, we are talking about 95 per cent of the house being done. It’s a beautiful home, and we have taken our time because we don’t want to do guesswork with this project,” he stated.

He put the final cost estimate between Ksh45 million and Ksh46 million, adding that while exact values are hard to pin down in construction, the figure would certainly not drop below Ksh45 million.

High-End Neighborhood Context

The DJ revealed that their new home is situated in a high-end estate where neighboring properties are valued significantly higher, some fetching between Ksh60 million and Ksh70 million. He noted that their home was carefully planned to align with the luxurious surroundings.

The couple has already shown the nearly-finished mansion to close friends, including the CEO of an events company, who was reportedly impressed by the scale of the property.

Grand Unveiling Plans

Looking ahead to the handover, DJ Moh announced plans for a grand celebration. The couple intends to invite YouTubers and other media personalities to cover the official unveiling of the mansion. The event will include traditional elements, such as slaughtering a goat, to mark the important family milestone.
