High School girl caught on video drunk will still be punished despite Chipukeezy’s intervention

Kenyans were recently left feeling sorry for a high school girl video taped drunk and causing a scene while on her way back to school.

The girl, who said in the viral video that she drinks alcohol because her mother also does the same, was visited by NACADA director Vincent Muasya aka Chipukeezy who promised to mentor the young lady after seeing the video.

Chipukeezy on Saturday took some time to visit the home of the girl in question , as he sought to get to the bottom of the matter. He was accompanied by CEO Victor Okioma and officials from the Nyeri County Liqour Licensing Board.

On social media, Chipukeezy shared in a long post that people should stop judging the lady and give her encouragements because she needs it now more than ever.

He also said the school board will still punish her despite Kenyans on social media insisting that she should be forgiven for her acts.

Here’s what Chipukeezy wrote:

“Today, I started a journey of mentorship.

This girl nyaguthie is only 15 years old and in form 2

We made her video viral, she had an inside cry for mentorship and as a Director of Nacada, I drove to Nyeri and met her family.

She is a great soul. She knows what she wants from life. She knows that she must face some form of punishment for what she did. At home she already has and at school she will go through the disciplinary actions.

The guidance and counselling department at school will play their part.

However as a young person and a Director of Nacada, I have offered my hand to show her the reward of hardwork, the benefits of being in-charge of her destiny and the value of being sober while crafting and reaching out for her dreams.

My mentorship plan will be to encourage her to concentrate on her studies and reward each target we have agreed on. I will also support her talent too.

I will not do it alone. If you have an idea or you are involved in inspirational programme drop me a comment or a message and I will contact you.

That is why I hold this job, to reach out to many hearts, provide hope, stretch my hand to as many people as I can and to leave a cheer of inspired people. So help me God.

Through her singular journey of mentorship, we will begin a movement that will reach to many other kids of her generation.

We must start. Instead of sitting back and criticizing, rise up and be counted for being part of something.

God Bless You all.”

Chipukeezy promises to mentor drunk high school girl captured in viral video

The Director of the National Authority for the Campaign Against Drug Abuse (NACADA) Vincent Mwasia Mutua aka Chipukeezy has left many impressed after acting swiftly to a viral video of a high school female student drunk as a fish.

The video shows the girl who was in school uniform drunk and having attracted a scene at a shopping centre. The girl in the video says that she drunk alcohol because her mum, who was her role model, also drinks.

“Mimi niko tei juu mama yangu pia anatei, so mimi nafanya kama mum, yeye hukuja kama ametei sasa mimi pia nafanya kama yeye. Nimepewa tei na beshte yangu,” says the school girl.

The NACADA director promised to help the young girl and give her mentorship.

“I have seen a certain video of a young high school girl who was recorded drunk. As Nacada Director I will offer mentorship for this girl. Process to get in touch with family and school has begun. The girl deserves mentorship and inspiration not condemnation. That is why I hold office. Some things are about humanity not money” reads a statement for Chipukeezy.

People fall in and out of love. I don’t think I want to publicize my social life anymore- Chipukeezy speaks

Just like what happened to Khaligraph Jones, comedian Chipukeezy has promised to keep his life private after breaking up with lover Viviane Mandera whom he had even proposed  to.

The comedian has now opened up about the break up saying that it was a mutual understanding after they released they had different goals in life.

“People fall in and out of love, and maybe the plans I had for her did not work out,” Chikupeezy told Word Is.

He had proposed to Empress Kerry during her birthday, which was attended by close family members. Two years passed since the two lovebirds got engaged but they still didn’t exchanged vows.

Viviane, who goes by the name Empress Kerry on Instagram, has decided to delete all photos of of her engagement from her Instagram account.

“We moved on because there is more to life than just love and relationships. People should stop speculating things, but instead let her move on with her life. She is free to be out there and get other people. To be honest, we agreed that whatever we wanted to do together would not work out, and it was a peaceful agreement. Tulikua tunaenda Canaan tukapata mamba.” he said.

No hard feelings

Chipukeezy went on say he has no hard feelings after the break up and is wishing her all the best. He also promised to always keep his private life away from social media.

“I wish her well and all the happiness that she deserves and may she find love. I don’t regret anything in that love because it is part of growing. “I prefer my life to be now private because I don’t think I want to publicise my social life anymore.”

Woman behind Deputy governor’s recent embarrassment also wanted a piece of comedian Chipukeezy

As more details of Liz Njuguna, the lady who was busted with Kirinyaga’s Deputy Governor Peter Ndambiri in a viral leaked video emerge, Kenyans have been seriously digging her past on social media while those who know her in person have come out to share more info that might help police.

Liz Njuguna has been accused of extorting men with her “husband”. The two asked for a whopping Ksh 5 million from Ndambiri.

Well it seems like comedian Chipukeezy should be counting his blessings. This is after Kenyans stumbled on a Facebook post from Njuguna posted almost four years ago in which she only mentioned him in.

Chipukeezy laughs at it all

It’s not clear why she did but Kenyans were quick to concluded that she wanted a piece of him. Chipukeezy took to Instagram to share it  after learning of the post.

“Kumbe LIZ Njuguna Was looking for me on March 23rd 2014 at 8 :15 Pm ??????Mungu wanguuu ..Mwambie Liz namtafuta Sasa.” said Chipukeezy.

Chipukeezy wells up to tears at Ayeiya’s memorial and reveals these intricate details about the man(photo)

Ayeiya’s memorial went down yesterday at Nairobi Pentecostal Church (NPC) in Karen where close and friends and family were given a chance to bid farewell to the man who had warmed up many Kenyans hearts with his hilarious jokes.

The most affected people in the memorial were members of the Churchill fraternity led by Churchill himself who broke into tears after reminiscing all the great times they had shared with the man; furthermore, they knew him better than the rest of us would ever come to imagine.

The most affected however must have been Chipukeezy as Ayeiya played a huge role into shaping his career and making him the notable figure he is.

Just like he had his own slogan Ayeiya poa poa, he spent endless hours with Chipukeezy formulating one for the latter and soon enough they were successful to come up with Itakua aje ishakua, the slogan Chipukeezy has since made his trademark.

Now how touching is that?
