Khaligraph Jones finally drops video of his banger “Gwala” with Nigerian rapper Ycee

Rapper Khaligraph Jones continues putting Kenyan music on the map. Jones has now collaborated with Nigerian rapper Ycee for his new song “Gwala”.

The song was in his album “Testimony 1990” released last year. The video was shot in Lagos Nigeria by director TG Omori while the song was produced by Motiff under Blu ink record record label, which is Khaligraph’s label.

During his recent Nigerian trip, Khali poked many presenters and DJs in the eye after claiming he was planning to take a few of them to Nigeria because they like playing their songs.

Ycee Confirms Exit from is Record Label, Tinny Entertainment

Nigerian singer, Ycee, has confirmed that he is no longer with the record label that brought him into limelight. This is coming after months of speculations from fans that he had left the label.

The confirmation came as a reply to a follower who asked if he was still with the label, on Twitter. Without mincing words, the singer responded in affirmation, with a simple “Yeah”.

His exit from the group is coming, ahead of the release of his upcoming single, ‘Ain’t Nobody Badder‘. Recall however, that the singer came into limelight with his hit single, ‘Jagaban‘,  in 2016, under Tinny Entertainment.

Ycee reacts to Yomi Shogunle’s comments on the EndSARS campaign.

Singer,Ycee has lashed out at the head of the Police Complaint Rapid Response Unit, ACP Yomi Shogunle, over his comments on the EndSARS campaign.

The ACP tweeted that he needed a certain number of retweets to end SARS. This was considered by many as a mockery of the EndSARS agitation. This, however is as a result of his antecedents in the course of the campaign.

The singer, however, is one of those that didn’t take Shogunle’s comments likely. The therefore reacted to the tweet, calling the police boss a pile of shit. He then prayed that ACP. Shogunle will be alive to see a generation of an effective police force.

Rapper Ycee, Condemns those Shamming People for Buying Fake Super Eagle’s Jersey

Ycee speaks about the trending Super Eagle’s jersey.

Following the sales of the Nigerian Super Eagle’s Jersey to the 2018 World Cup, even before its release by the designer, Nike, Rapper, Ycee has spoken against those that are shamming people for buying the unoriginal version of the shirt.

The jersey which was released to the market today, is said to have been sold out already.

According to him, it is insensitive to shame such people. This is because it is obvious that not many Nigerians can afford the shirt, he said.

After years of a professional career without an endorsement, simger, Ycee has noted his displeasure in the fact that just a certain circle seem to be getting endorsements.

This is coming shortly after Davido was announced the new ambassador for Infinix.

The singer, however took to Twitter to state his dissapointment, nothing that the phrase, ‘the young shall grow’, does not work in Nigeria.
