After dating for years now, Harmonize decided to make his union with girlfriend Sarah official hence their big wedding that went down this past weekend.

From the stories making rounds on social media is that the wedding was kept on the low and saw only close friends and relatives attend.

Even after leaving Wasafi Records, Harmonize chose to invite his former workmates to his wedding no one from WCB attended the ceremony confirming that their is indeed beef!

Nairobi Diaries is back and so is the drama and gossip that will definitely keep many busy especially those who enjoy show.

At the moment we understand that former friends, Pendo and Bridget no longer see eye to eye. This is apparently after Pendo allegedly had an affair with Bridget Achieng’s baby daddy!

However Pendo has denied the story saying she is not the kind of person to sleep people’s men and in fact she no longer dates light skinned men (ouch!).

Thanks to a short clip shared on the Nairobi Diaries Pendo is heard saying that Ms Achieng got pregnant while she was at ‘wera’ (work).

Not quite sure why Pendo said this but it’s evident that the lass was hinting that Bridget Achieng’s baby daddy was only looking for a good time but ended up impregnating the lass who now has a baby boy.

With this out, a few close sources to both Pendo and Bridget Achieng also seem to be looking for an opportunity – where they will reveal who Bridget’s baby daddy was to her before the pregnancy.

Former Wasafi Records singer Harmonize held his low key wedding this past weekend; however none of his Wasafi friends turned up for the ceremony.

Apparently this is because Harmonize left the WCB gang with too much pride and a lot of misunderstandings that has forced the rest of his former workmates distancing themselves from him.

Well, unlike most couples who would jet off for their honeymoon immediately after their wedding…. Harmonize and his wife chose to go watch football as Tanzanians Taifa Stars played against Burundi.

After parading his new found love on social media, rapper Mejja and his lady are now being accused of blocking one Jeff Kimanzi from seeing his son.

Wendy Waeni’s former manager ‘Joe’ finally arrested

Gymnast Wendy Waeni’s former manager Joe Mwangi has finally been arrested just a few days after Detectives from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) boss George Kinoti issued a warrant of arrest against him.

This is after Joe Mwangi was said to be threatening Waeni’s mum, Magdalene Mbele and even went on to forge a letter pretending to be from a Cabinet Secretary threatening Waeni’s mum.

Through their official twitter page the DCI said;

“Mr Joseph Mwangi Nduta alias Joe is in our custody. He will be charged appropriately once necessary police process is complete. We thank everyone that shared information on his whereabouts,”

Joe’s arrest comes a few weeks after Wendy Waeni exposed exposed Joe him for misusing her money and refusing to be transparent with the amount she had been making.

Wendy’s former manager however claims that Waeni’s mum has been misusing the money on alcohol.

Ms Mbele on the other hand came out to brush off Joe’s accusations saying;

“I’m a staunch Christian, I have never had alcohol in my life, my daughter can attest to that. Joe Mwangi is a liar and a fraud that is why it was best fit that he no longer manages my daughter,”

She went on to add saying;

“He received money from politicians in the name of my daughter; he got Sh.140,000 from Raila Odinga and only gave me Sh.30,000,”

Tanasha Donna and Diamond Platnumz are undeniably ready to welcome their son. After throwing one of the best ever seen baby showers in East Africa; we now understand that they also spent thousands of shillings to purchase their baby’s sleeping crib.

According to sources, the East African couple displayed the bed during their baby shower but not many seemed to know that this is the actual baby cort the singers child would be sleeping in when he is born.

Ebru TV responds to Chipukeezy’s post which claims Kartelo was fired for his ‘Ghetto’ character!

A few hours ago Chipukeezy shared an alarming post claiming that Ebru TV was no longer going to air his ‘Chipukeezy show.’

Apparently Ebru TV sent him an email asking him to terminate his contract with Kartelo since the show had become too ghetto for their viewers. He however says he couldn’t let the fella go and for this reason decided to pull out of his agreement with the TV station as he hopes to find one that will accommodate his team.

Ebru TV denies firing Kartelo for being ‘ghetto’

We at Ghafla reached out to Ebru TV who opened up about the situation. It turns out that Kartelo had apparently been given a project to work on but failed to deliver.

According to our close source, Kartelo had already been paid in full but failed and to deliver which forced the station to terminate any appearances of Kartelo on Ebru TV.  Our source went on to reveal saying;

Two Day ago Ebru Tv had an disagreement with Kartelo on a project because he had been paid to push and promote an Online Advertisement which he failed to deliver according to our expectations. But as per on Thursday 22/8/2019 he had not posted any of the adverts on his platforms. Based on this the corporation felt that this is negligence of duty and contract not adhered. We have not fully delivered to the client and given value of their money.  So hence forth the management terminates any appearances of Kartelo on Ebru TV.

From the documents that we have it has been stated no where that Kartelo has been removed because of his Ghetto Character. And because of this Chipukeezy terminated his contract, Is it because he knows he can’t get viewership anymore so he’s looking for “Pity views”? And from The post that Chipukeezy made on his Instagram I believe that’s self interest because Ebru Tv has been known for supporting local talent before even the ChipukeezyShow started.

On 22nd August Tanasha and her Bongo boyfriend threw a lavish all white themed party that was attended by her mom, grandmother and close friends who were invited.

Ray C confesses she is still ‘in love’ with President Uhuru

Bongo singer Ray C has once again gone ahead to confess her love to Kenya’s President, Uhuru Kenyatta on her Instagram page.

She went on to describe herself as the future Mrs Uhuru; and judging from her previous posts shared in the past where the lady has never been shy to reveal her obsession with the President.

Well, with her music career at a stand still I bet the only thing that can keep her relevant in the entertainment industry is her love for the Kenyan president. She shared a post where she wrote;

Reggae DJ Kriss Darlin running for the Vacant Kibra parliamentary seat

Chris Odhiambo who is popularly known as Kris darlin is the latest celebrity to join politics.

Word making rounds on social media is that the fella is now running for the Kibra MP seat which is currently vacant after the death of Ken Okoth.

He joined fellow potential aspirants as he handed his official documents to ODM headquarters on Wednesday, August 21.

Fit for the position?

During an interview with edaily, Kris Darlin opened up about why he felt that he was fit for the position saying;

“The people of Kibra need someone who knows them and knows what they actually need… and that’s exactly what I’m offering. I have been there with them, I was born there, I know what they go through on a daily basis,”

He went on to add saying;

“I earn a decent living as a Reggae DJ, I’m very comfortable, I go on tours worldwide, and I will never stop doing it…but I can only reach so many people with that. I want to represent the people of Kibra, I want to be their voice and air out their issues on a bigger platform,”

He now joins the likes of Jaguar, Frasha among others who are currently doing well after joining politics.
