Singer, Mr. Eazi, has decided to go into active politics in his home, Yewa, in Ogun state. The singer, while sending an Independence message, yesterday, took to chance to hint at his political ambition.

Noting that it is time to demand good governance, the singer stated that he will be addressing the people of his constituency.

Using the ‘not too young to run hashtag’, the singer stated that it is time to get involved.  People should demand real change, he said.

Recall that the father of his girlfriend, Temi, Femi Otedola also just recently declared his intention to run for the post of Lagos State Governor.

Mr Eazi also attended his girlfriend’s graduation ceremony with her family.  They all had wonderful time together as they celebrated with the graduate, Temi Otedola in London.

Singer, Mr. Eazi, has began a campaign to encourage people to get their Permanent  Voters’ Cards. To serve as an example, he shared a picture off himself, registering to vote in one of the registration centers.

Yesterday, the singer announced that his Eazi Sound Foundation will be giving $100,000 to emerging artistes in Africa.

One of the criteria to win this, he said is that the person must be registered to vote in their respective countries.

Posting a picture of himself getting registered, he wrote;

Voter’s registration is at all local government secretariat. Everyone is however, encouraged to get registered.

Nigerian singer, Mr. Eazi attended the 2018 Vanity Fair Oscar Party where he was pictured on the red carpet. At the party which held at Hollywood last night, the singer met popular American stars.

He was pictured on the red carpet with Bebe Rexha, Rapper Diddy, Tyler Perry, Donald Glover, and Blact Panther stars, Chadwick Boseman, Lupita Nyong’o, Winston Duke and Daniel Kaluuya.

Mr Eazi thinks he will be Chuck Norris

Popular Musician, Mr Eazi had a great night last night as he Shared Stage With Jay Z, Dj Khaled, Cardi B, Fat Joe, Stevie Wonder and more at the TIDAL X Brooklyn Concert at the Barclays Center of Brooklyn in New York.

Mr Eazi ended the night on a high mood sharing a video on his Snapchat which he captioned “I think I will be Chuck Norris Soon”. Proceeds from the event be donated towards natural disaster relief and recovery.

He was also spotted having conversations backstage with #Djkhaled who gifted him a pair of Nike shoes and #Swizzbeatz who seemed to be introducing him to other celebrities….

Other African artists started coming to London after I did

Mr Eazi as been all over our phones and laptops in the past weeks and the entertainer surely wants it to remain that way. Following the strife over Ghana influence on Nigeria Music, Mr Eazi  has brought in another argument that the internet will rave on.

During an interview with MTV Base, Mr Eazi in a very talking mood stated that he thinks that he paved way for African Artists in London.

“I felt like ever since I came and did quite a lot in  London, a lot of African artists have started coming to London.It’s like London is the Afrobeat 101.So I just feel like anyone can come and do a concert and it’s shown I’m happy and a lot of artists have been able to come and do concerts but I personally feel like Afro beats is what it is right now,it’s a wave”

But even after this, Mr Eazi’s concert turned out massive in London.

Nigeria singer, Mr Eazi has revealed why he went into music. In an interview with Beat Fm, the singer revealed he had to dump his job which paid him about six thousand dollars per month in order to find fulfillment in music.
According to him, his family hated him for leaving his job but love him now since his breakthrough after two first shows in London.

“After I came back from Ghana, I got a job in oil and gas in Port Harcourt that paid about six thousand dollars per month but I quit because I was not finding fulfillment in it. I mean it was the same thing everyday, the same routine over and over again.
“The decision to quit the job finally hit me when my boss’ wife left him even with all the money he had.
‘After I left my job, I got my Masters degree and with all that qualification, I started selling phones in computer village and everyone thought something was wrong with me.
“Even my mother started praying special prayers for me but my father didn’t add that final voice that would have decided my fate.
‘My break finally came after I got an invite to do two shows in London that made me twelve thousand pounds which I used to shoot two videos. When I told my mother what I did with the money, she stopped talking to me for about three weeks.
“I had to move in with a friend because even my relatives didn’t want me around but everything finally changed when I went back to London for shows that fetched me really good money”.
