After 6 months of raising her in private, Ofweneke’s wife recently shared a new photo showing how grown their daughter has since become.

Judging from the new photo, it appears that most people couldn’t help but notice the striking resemblance between Ofweneke; and his baby girl who not only shares similar facial features but also the hairline!

After his ugly break up with gospel singer Niccah the Queen, Comedian Dr Ofweneke moved on with one Christine who is the current wife!

Unlike Niccah, the new lass in Ofweneke’s wife has been maintaining a low profile and continues to insist on the importance of privacy especially when it comes to her relationship with Ofweneke.

However 3 months ago, Ofweneke couldn’t contain himself from introducing his light skinned daughter through his social media pages.

Talent might not have a price tag because no one can take that from you but that leaves no room for lack of appreciation.

Artcaffe has been making headlines for a better part of yesterday, after launching an #ARTofthecity competition, calling upon creatives to help them jazz up their take-away coffee cups and stand a chance to win.

Well, offer on the table was anyone who had exceptional art skills would stand a chance to get free coffee for a period with exhibition of the art work or an internship.

This witnessed a cold reception from Kenyans who called out the coffee and bakery restaurant for misusing talents to their advantage.

Jalang‘o speaks

Kiss FM‘s Jalang‘o jumped into the discussion, only to attract backlash from the Kenyan space.

According to him, were it not for the exposure he got from National Theatre, today he would not be such a big brand, all he was given was a packet of chips and handshakes.

His sentiments attracted heavy criticism from netizens assuring him that not everyone needs to go through the tough life he did, times have changed.

Avril Nyambura has been maintaining a low profile ever since welcoming her first child with J Blessing. Rumor making rounds on social media is however that the two parents allegedly parted ways barely 2 years after starting a family together!

We however cannot confirm how true the rumors are – especially since both Avril and J Blessing have proven to be quite secretive!

Despite having welcomed their baby boy 2 years ago; Avril has made sure to keep him off social media but word has it that he looks everything like his dad!

East Africa Fashion Awards 2020 just went down, with only one slot each for the male and female Most Stylish Celebrity Kids and trust you me, it was gamble and worth every sweat.

Diamond Platnumz topped the list but so did one of his sons, proof enough that it runs in the blood.

However, Size 8 and DJ Mo never made it to the top list but at least one of their own did – Ladasha Belle Wambo proved her timeless fashion that saw her rank Most Stylish Kid Celebrity Girl of the Year.

The loss of an unborn child, a child who made it all through the 9 months only for it to turn dark on the D-day. No child to go home with, no cries of a newborn to hear, broken hopes of a young couple best explains Willis Raburu and Marya Prude‘s broken marriage.

The pair had for the longest time hoped to build a home, one that would see their kids grow up to their optimum capacities, one that would be filled with warmth, love and happiness but a dream that was quickly cut short after the loss of their unborn baby.

Baby Adana, left the world Dec 31, 2019 before her face could shine or her cry heard. This sent her parents into distress, a long trail of unanswered questions, guilt, fear and worry but eventually they could contain it no more – they split.

Just when we thought they had healed, turns out that Willis Raburu has had to undergo therapy ever since to prevent him from total break down.

Ebru TV host and outstanding comedian, Nicki Bigfish known for his random street sketches has seen the multi-talented comedian scale the heights to grace shows like Churchill, currently hosting Jibonge on Ebru TV.

A quick flashback takes us to March when one of his street stunts landed him in hospital after an assault by an angry mob he was trying to prank.

Still unflinching from what he does, Bigfish is back at it again and this time, it didn‘t end well.

The Ordeal

Recently, the comedy kid filmed a prank in a bar after a group of three friends went on a drinking spree, flouting Covid-19 measures by the government, worried less about having masks on.

Nicki had his cameraman film the entire unfolding secretly as he gradually walked towards the three characters, before he triggered anxiety in them turning the entire prank messy.

Bigfish narrowly missed a beer bottle that was swang to his face before hitting the wall and crushing to the ground.

He had to run for safety with the three men headed for his neck leaving his camera man who had been positioned at a corner secretly recording behind, to fight for his life.

The cameraman insisted he had come to the bar on his own volition and was in no way under any ill intentions as the three men pounced on him.

According to the Embakasi East MP, his childhood was not only ruined by the police who constantly gave his Mum a hard time; but also the fact that he started taking Chang’aa while still quit young.

However despite growing under such circumstances Babu managed to make something out of himself; and as we speak, the boy from Nyalenda slums is now an MP – but sadly with a bad reputation.

Apologetic

For months now Babu Owino has become an enemy to most Kenyans who demand justice for DJ Evolve who was shot by the MP following a small argument.

Fortunately the incident was caught on camera; making it hard for Babu Owino to deny that he was the one who shot the young DJ. However till now Babu Owino remains free, something that angers Kenyans; who still find it hard to believe that Justice goes to the highest bidder in Kenya.

Seeing that Kenyans on social media will not let this go; Babu Owino has since been working with his PR team and from the look of this the MP appears to be on a mission to win back all the fans he lost.

For this reason, this past weekend Babu attended a church service and thanks to the photographers he hired; they managed to get a photo that seems to be impressing Kenyans!

Well, being the first time he is seen praying on his knees; a few fans on social media now feel that he should be pardoned for his mistakes as he appears to have changed. Babu went on to caption the photo;

Most female comedians on Churchill show always have moving stories about their past lives; and how they overcame not only poverty but bad relationships.

Well, Comedian Zeddy has seen been through hell and back just for the sake of her three kids. Speaking recently during an interview with Grace Msalame; Zeddy opened up about her failed marriage and how she overcame depression.

Well for those who don’t know, Zeddy and her husband parted ways about a year ago after he packed his belongings and moved in with another woman.

According to Zeddy this was the second time her husband was pulling such a stunt; but since he chose to walk out on her when she was 2 months pregnant depression then became a big part of her life.

The former Churchill show comedian went on to reveal that despite the heartbreaking breakup; her ex chose to carry the cooking gas they had been using in their house leaving his children and pregnant Zeddy with nowhere to prepare her meals from.

Suicidal thoughts

At this point Zeddy says she felt like life had chosen to make her miserable but the thought of her children and unborn baby kept her going.

Speaking about depression, the female comedian for the very first time confessed to being suicidal as she had thought of jumping off her 8th floor balcony. She went on to open up saying;

Nilikuwa natamani kwa sababu hiyo time nilikuwa naishi 8th floor. Nilikuwa natamani saa zingine venye nimepanda huko nijirushe. Alafu kama mwanamke kitu inaniambia kuna watoto wengine wananiangalia.

Zeddy however went on to say that through it all; the thought of living her children as orphans saved her from doing something that would have cost her family a lot.

Their names have been dragged in mud, been cyberbullied, all sorts of rumors about their love life and marriage have been told but never have they walked out on each other.

He never had a father but he really tries, he washed Milla from day one because I was a very paranoid mom so Terence would willingly clean our baby for at least 6 consecutive months.

Nowadays, I wash her and change her pampers once in a while and I love doing that for her. From changing pampers, to applying Vaseline, to massaging her etc. It’s a very amazing feeling.

Talking of body shaming trolls, first the comedian labelled his wife a “beautiful hippo” who not only loves herself as she is but knows how to dress her body.
