Khaligraph responds to Willy Paul throwing shade at his shine

Khaligraph Jones and Nikita Kering have been selected to represent Kenya in the second season of the musical TV show, Coke Studio.

The announcement was made on Thursday, July 6, at the launch event for the show.

Controversial musician Willy Paul expressed resentment over his selection in a social media conversation with Khaligraph Jones.

Willy Paul, who was perplexed, enquired, “What Standards Does Coke Studio Use To Select Musicians? Because I’ve been topping their surveys for the longest time, or is this another cartel-based system? We have Wakadinali, Ob, myself, and many more people. Anyway, let me tend to my own affairs.

Without holding back, Khaligraph Jones replied, “The cartel you’re referring about is named Khali Cartel, and I am the chairman. Since I’ll be around until 2029, if you send me your CV, I might take you into consideration.

The necessity to recognize Khaligraph Jones as an OG (Original Gangster) in the music industry was also highlighted in the comments, though.

The two singers’ conversation with one another appears to have sparked some interest and involvement among their fans, sparking a discussion regarding their individual skills and the Coke Studio audition procedure.

Radio Jambo presenter Joseph Ogidi Oyoo, popularly known as Gidi, has congratulated rapper Khaligraph Jones after stumbling upon his under-construction mansion.

Gidi revealed that he spontaneously visited Karen, where he had purchased some land six years prior, during his regular daily activities.

While there, Gidi noticed a massive mansion adjacent to his property, piquing his curiosity about its owner. He recalled an agreement they had made to prevent any apartments from being constructed in that area.

The guard who was present informed Gidi that the structure was not an apartment but rather a four-story building owned by a Kenyan artist.

Curious, Gidi approached the site to confirm the information and was informed that the house indeed belonged to rapper Khaligraph Jones.

“Weuh! I texted Khaligraph and he confirmed that indeed this is his property. I am so excited not only that he’s going to be my neighbor but also how this hardworking artist has decided to invest in a home,” Gidi wrote.

Khaligraph Jones Explains Why He’s Been Silent On Current Political Matters

Most celebrities have eschewed talking about their opinion on the current political regime & economic situation. The ‘maandamanos’ which were recently called off by Azimio’s leader Raila Odinga, were also a paramount topic.

A couple of celebrities have however, shared their opinions on the same, including Eric Omondi, Huddah Monroe, among others.

Legendary rapper Khaligraph Jones is among celebrities who have been silent on the issue. Why? Well, according to Khaligraph, politics is a sensitive area he wouldn’t want to talk about.

“Politics is a very sensitive topic right now, the political atmosphere is complex, so even if I have an opinion, na mimi ni msanii what I would like to see is if we maintain peace as a country if people decide to do maandamano ikuwe peaceful, if they don’t decide then at the end of the day we are just trying to get an environment where peace is thriving.”

Being an International artist, Khaligraph continued to state that he would only deal with International politics, rather than local, adding that locally, Eric Omondi is dealing with it.

”So right now unaniuliza mambo ya Donald Trump utaniuliza mambo ya Barack Obama na nitakujibu kuna , local itabidi mungangane nayo, na akina Erico.”

It appears that after Khaligraph Jones was accused of neglecting his son, Xolani he decided to seek legal help to prevent ex Cashy Karimi from publishing any information about her ex.

Actually the termed used is ‘defamation’ and as surprising as it sounds…yes, Khaligraph paid a legal team to handle his baby mama; yet Cashy claims the fella has refused to help his son claiming he isn’t financially stable.

Well, not that it’s in our place to pass judgement on who is right and who is not; but truth is, clearly something needs to be done to avoid the whole blame game every now and then; because in the end – we weren’t part of the baby making process. Anyway part of the statement from Khali’s legal team wrote;

Our artiste filed a suit in court against Ms Cashy Karimi in February 2022 at the Milimani Magistrate’s Court. There are interim orders issued by the Court stopping Ms Cashy Karimi from publishing details of the minor involved, the case or the parties therein; which she is now clearly in contempt of.

With yet another ‘threat’ (like she put it) from her ex boyfriend – Miss Cashy’s representive decided to respond to the post explaining why her client has been on the rappers case for months now.

To them, it doesn’t make sense to have the child at home while other children are in school. Actually it is unfair, but hey Khaligraph Jones knows this too but what is he doing about it?

Anywya a few months after they welcomed the baby, Georgina Muteti is already parading her baby’s face on social media. Well having seen how celebrities hide their newborns identity (face) in social media, Khaligraph’s wife sees no point in doing this. Wondering why?

Well, all her babies look alike – like you can see Amali’s baby pics and think it’s those of the second baby (son) or actually the last born daughter who is just months old. Khaligraph Jones family literally look like him and as for the babies – they resemble each other.

Rapper Cashy Karimi earlier this morning shared a photo posing in front of a Nairobi Court and from her caption – we knew the lady was upto something and that is suing Khaligraph Jones for child support.

Well yea, we weren’t wrong and thanks to the post we now know that Khaligraph will soon get served for neglecting his firstborn son, Xolani. Not quite sure whether this move will help (yall know how the system works) but again – that’s for them to figure out.

This new development however comes months after Cashy Karimi branded her ex as a deadbeat dad neglecting their son yet he takes care of his other kids; adding that he keeps claiming he is broke yet he is building a mansion for his family.

Cashy Karimi who is popularly known for her status ‘Khaligraph Jones baby mama’ has been making headlines for the past few days after dragging her family drama to her social media pages.

So far she’s tainted her baby daddy’s image by accusing him of being a deadbeat dad and a father who allegedly blocked his own son’s scholarship to play football in UK but the rapper refused to issue a consent letter.

  My baby got a blessing, he got a scholarship to play here then travel to Lamu then travel to the UK then back. So I believed that was a good opportunity because my kid wouldn’t need anyone anymore,”

Well you see, a child cannot leave the country without the consent of his parents…whether separated or divorced so long as the parents names appear on the birth certificate both parents hold full custody of the child. For that reason, the parent who is not accompanying the child on the said trip has to issue a consent letter – to prove they are aware of their child’s trip.

Anyway seeing how dramatic Cashy Karimi has been on social media – Khaligraph Jones has now dropped a short snippet of a song we believe is dubbed blueticks.

From the lyrics you can clearly tell he is throwing shade as he sings kwa Messo ni blue ticks which simply means “I ignore the messages by reading and not responding” and I’m thinking….mmmh new dedz to Cashy?

For the past few months Cashy has made it known that rapper Khaligraph Jones has been nothing; but a deadbeat dad to son, Xolani. Although her idea of exposing wasn’t smart (how will social media help) we also understand that her actions were fueled by her hurt feelings.

Anyway just a few weeks ago Cashy once again dragged baby daddy on social media for neglecting son; not forgetting giving excuses as to why he cannot priotize Xolani like he does with Amali and the younger son.

As seen in the video, the guy is seen carrying the handsome boy in his strong shoulders; and judging from comfortable Xolani looks – I can assure you that these two share a strong bond.

We cannot however confirm whether the Caucasian man is currently filling in the daddy shoes in Xolani’s life; but all I know is that single mums rarely introduce their children to just anyone. Must first show potential of handling such responsibilities.

Bora Pesa- Khaligraph Jones Shares His Point Of View On Curtain-Raising For International Artists

The ongoing debate on performance of Kenyan artists and curtain raising claims is yet to be resolved. Comedian Eric Omondi has been the pioneer of all this discussion after igniting the debate during an exclusive interview on Jalang’o TV several days ago.

Different local artists have shown resentment after claims of curtain raising for other International artists (especially Nigerians) in their own country. Well, this isn’t my type of ‘tea’; but the debate has touched a good number of musicians- with some losing their cool and ranting online while sharing their sentiments. We can’t remain oblivious over the fact that Nigerians and Tanzanians are performing quite well as compared to us.

Bearing that in mind, curtain raising has been a paramount discussion; and Kenyan rapper Khaligraph Jones has responded to the issue; stating that it doesn’t bother him that much performing before other artists. As a matter of fact, he says that it’s preferable for him to perform first.

”Mi sijui curtain raising inamaanishanga nini. Me as long as you pay me my money and you allocate time for me to perform, it doesn’t matter if you want to put me first or you want to put me last. What matters is, the money is intact, unaona? So mambo ya curtain raising mi huanga sijawai understand. Kama umelipwa doh yako, ata ukiekwa mbele yake, it doesn’t matter… That’s all that matters according to me.”

Khaligraph Jones continued to add that, on his side, he has never been mis-handled while performing in tandem with other International artists.

Rapper Cashy who was once Khaligraph Jones ride or die babe says she has been struggling to provide for her 3 year old son, Xolani Omollo.

As seen on a new post shared a few minutes after 10pm-4Am  curfew was lifted, the young mum opened up about her baby daddy neglecting the young boy in the name of ‘no money making gigs’ due to the lockdown.

However now that the curfew has been lifted, looks like our favorite rapper (as she put it) will have no problem supporting his other son.  She wrote;

Kenyan rapper Khaligraph Jones has finally had his say on Wizzo Tano Nane’s unfathomable disses towards him. The talented rapper explains that he’s been receiving all kinds of disses after his career picked. But he explains that he’s not one to hold grudges.

After using Wizzo Tano Nane’s slang ‘Kwani ni Kesho’ in his song, Khaligraph found himself at loggerheads with the youngster; who took advantage of the same and endlessly dissed him.

Khaligraph however, made it a win-win situation by dropping a banger with his slang and ignoring him.

On the other hand, Madocho Mjamo recently hurled insults at Khaligraph for supporting Mbogi Genje.

Khaligraph has now responded to all of them by claiming that he’s now used to such disses. In fact, he says he finds them funny; and they never affect him in any way.

”Skuizi nimeona wasee wengi wametokea ati  OG anapiga sijui luku mbwakni. Kitu inaeza ni concern the least at this point mahali nimefika na career yangu ni ati mtu aniambie nguo navaa ni fake ama ni original… Those things don’t even matter”

In the song, Lamaz Span narrates his childhood experiences, the odd jobs that he had to do to put before he finally got his big break. I really love how he packaged it.

The beef between Eric Omondi and Khaligraph Jones keeps getting hotter, with the competition of who is more muscular than the other, attracting public attention.

It all started with a photo of the award-winning comedian flexing his fairly well-built muscles and hitting back at Khaligraph, daring him to go to battle with him.

Looking unmoved by Eric’s cheap threats, the OG instead wished him a fruitful body-building journey, while comparing him to the likes of Sauti Sol’s Savara and Bien Aime.

“Mimi nashangaa mbona tunacelebrate kitambi.”

No pointing fingers but it was obvious he was clapping back at the Kenyan rapper.

Khaligraph who got the memo soon enough, decided to take the beef a notch higher, by bringing in comedian Njugush who has been spending quality time in the gym recently.

According to Khaligraph, Njugush is doing way better than Eric Omondi, posing;

“@bienaimesol Big up My G, I see you Back in The Gym, kill those weights @ericomondi asikutishie.”

His post saw fans burst into laughter including Bien, Njugush and Eric Omondi as they watched the drama unfold.

Eric Omondi has been spending some quality in the gym, trying to get his body in shape and after seeing the results, thought he is better built than rapper Khaligraph Jones.

The self-proclaimed President of Comedy decided to address the heavily-built rapper in an angry online rant that he thought would leave Khaligraph shaken.

In a video doing the rounds, a clearly vexed, shirtless Eric Omondi surrounded by his team of bouncers and fellow comedian Terence Creative, screams;

“Khaligraph Jones! Kichwa kubwa! Nitakupiga! Khaligraph Jones nakuambia na hii si comedy bro, nitakupiga. Nonsense! Jiite OG tena.”

The gospel DJ has been spending time around his family more especially after COVID-19 struck, going out in vacations, having meals together and just being a present dad. However, the father of two’s vibe with his daughter seems stronger than with that of his roughly 1-year old son.

A veteran Kenyan music producer who embraced the title ‘ManMom’ after the passing on of his wife just 3 months after delivering their baby girl and had to take up both mum and dad duties for the baby girl who is now 2 years of age.

This particular one stands out. The comedian’s genes seem to have trickled into their barely 2-year old son who is already a star in his own capacity. A baby boy whose level of maturity has lived to impress masses.

The situations vary with the most recent victim being Kenyan celebrity rapper, Khaligraph Jones.

The daylight ordeal

So what happens, Khaligraph drives to a place in his sleek, red, British Range Rover beast, parks it and walks away only to come back minutes later to find that his attackers were in vicinity.
