Betty Kyallo invites men to date her sister Mercy Kyallo after scoring herself a new bae

Betty has now moved on with a new bae after the nasty breakup with Mombasa governor Hassan Joho. Betty and Joho started dating in May 2016, months after she separated with Dennis Okari.

“He (Joho) was going through the same thing – a separation, and we connected on that level. We tried to have something and it gave me comfort because we understood where we were with each other. He was easy to talk to, hang out and have fun with,” Betty Kyallo revealed in a 2017 interview with True Love magazine.

Weeks ago, the former KTN anchor took to social media to announce that she was dating again after the breakup with Joho. She shared photos of her happy moment texting with her new mystrious sweetheart.

“When that text from bae comes through,” wrote Betty Kyallo on one post.

Mercy’s turn

Betty is now calling on potential suitors to date her younger sister Mercy Kyallo. She shared a photo of Mercy and her when they were goofing around before she invited bids from potential suitors who would wish date Mercy.

“TENDER NOTICE!!! The Kyallo govt. is inviting potential bidders for @mercykyallo Registration ongoing. All short listed candidates will be contacted ???. @mercykyallo,” wrote Betty Kyallo.

Betty Kyallo quit KTN on August 3rd 2018, she was overcome by emotions that she actually shed tears on a live broadcast during her last show on KTN.

Almost three months have almost passed since Betty was last seen on air anchoring news, she is set to be officially unveiled at K24 in a matter of weeks.

K24 is set for a major re-launch and it’s thought that Betty and Anne Kiguta will be unveiled together at the station. Kiguta was dropped from Citizen TV news team sparking speculations she was leaving the station to join K24.

Lillian Muli left many people speculating that her relationship with baby daddy Jared Nevaton could be on the rocks after she posted a black rose on her Instagram account.

Black roses are rarely given to a loved one as they stand for tragic love. A black rose is known to mean the end of something, which could be a relationship, an idea, or a career. So when sent to a lover, a single black rose could symbolize the death of that relationship. [sic]

Lillian later on pulled down the post with the black rose, on Monday October 29th she posted a red rose and went on to explain that the black rose she had posted earlier had nothing to do with her relationship ending.

“Love is a Beautiful Thing. I will never understand why people are always quick to jump to nasty conclusions and write mean stuff…my Black Rose post had nothing to do with my relationship with Baba Liam so stop with the weird stories I will also not explain what it signified but yes it was the end of a certain season in my life. Betty Kyallo clapped back at haters after Lillian clarified that the black rose had nothing to do with her relationship ending. The former KTN anchor called out critics for jumping into conclusion.

“And it’s always rumors to do with relationships kwani it can’t be the end of the Sunny season, or the end of a month, or end of a stressful season,” Betty commented on Lillian’s post.

Betty Kyallo and Mombasa governor Ali Hassan Joho started dating sometimes in May 2016 months after she separated with Dennis Okari.

Betty Kyallo has not been seen on Kenyan television screens anchoring news since August 3rd 2018 when she officially left KTN.

The mother of one left KTN alongside other top journalists Dennis Onsarigo, Yvonne Okwara and Mashirima Kapombe who joined other stations.

Betty has joined K24, she is yet to start anchoring news on the TV station but she as been reporting to work at Mediamax to prepare for her big debut.

Mingling

K24 family has warmly welcomed Betty to her new workplace, she was since rubbing shoulders with K24 anchors and including Eric Njoka, Anjlee Gadhvi, Mwanaisha Chidzuga.

Betty Kyallo quit KTN but she didn’t reveal where she was headed, her last show on KTN was on August 3rd 2018 and she was overcome by emotions that she actually shed tears.

Betty was among top journalists that left KTN in a span of a few months, others include Yvonne Okwara and Mashirima Kapombe who joined Citizen TV and Dennis Onsarigo who quit to join Taita Taveta county government as the Director of Communications.

It was rumored that Betty was heading to K24 but now it’s no longer a rumor anymore. She confirmed that she was indeed joining K24 after she was seen posing with Jalang’o and Alex Mwakidau who both left KTN to join Mediamax which owns K24 and Milele FM.

Betty Kyallo used to be a video vixen after finishing campus. The former KTN anchor appeared in a music video that that was shot way back in 2009.

For starters, Betty Kyallo was a student at Daystar between 2007 and 2009. The KTN anchor pursued Bachelor of Arts (Mass Communication), Advertising and Marketing.

Betty tried many things including modeling before she became a news anchor, her career in modeling saw her become a celebrity in Mwingi.

Apparently Betty Kyallo’s affair with Hassan Joho started while she was still married to Dennis Okari and not after their breakup – this explains why her marriage only lasted for 6 months.

The Nairobian newspaper revealed finer detail of Betty’s relationship with Joho after a little bird indiscreetly spilled the beans to them.

Joho met Betty through Dennis Okari, the two journalists were still dating when she was introduced to the governor by her then boyfriend.

The Nairobian reports that Okari and Joho were so close, the governor often gave him PR jobs for his businesses which saw Okari head to the Coast regularly.

“Dennis would be working in a different town in Mombasa leaving Joho with Betty. Dennis did not know what was going on, and the relationship blossomed. Joho even contributed towards their wedding,” a source told Nairobian.

“The house was not in her name, so when the relationship went south, she was kicked out,” a source was quoted by the Nairobian.

Sultan also repossessed his Porsche Cayenne which he had given the mother of one. Betty was driving along Mombasa road when she was stopped and asked to surrender the car’s keys.

Betty Kyallo has finally left KTN, she hosted her last show on Friday August 3rd. She broke down in tears while bidding her fans goodbye during her last show which she hosted live from KICC.

Last wish

Betty’s last wish before leaving KTN was to host Prezzo. For starters, Prezzo caused drama in January 2016 at KTN when Betty Kyallo last hosted him on Friday Briefing.

Prezzo turned up at KTN for interview with Betty Kyallo while drunk like a fish. The rapper started flirting with Betty who at the time was still married to Dennis Okari.

He even fondled Betty on live broadcast prompting the KTN anchor to call for a commercial break just to get away from him.

Betty Kyallo said she wanted to host Prezzo on her last show on KTN when her sister Mercy Kyallo reminisced about the 2016 incident.

“What a sweet bubbly, humble, energetic but sometimes stubborn & annoying soul you are. Preparing to watch the last Friday Briefing tonight. My best one was when Prezzo was the guest anchor. Live TV can be hilarious! Anyway to new beginnings,” wrote Mercy Kyallo on IG.

Last Friday July 27th Betty Kyallo hosted her show ‘Friday Briefing’ live from Mombasa. The KTN anchor announced on Twitter that she would greet Joho prior to her visit to Mombasa.

Betty was excited about the Mombasa trip before she left the capital, she expressed her excitement on social media. A tweep asked Betty to say hi to Joho when she lands in Mombasa, and she assured him that she would.

KTN has been raided again, this time round by K24 and the county government of Taita Taveta. The Mombasa road-based media house has lost two celebrated journalists.

Mashirima Kapombe recently quit KTN to join Citizen TV. Her departure followed a similar move by Joe Ageyo and Yvonne Okwara who all joined Citizen TV.

The latest journalists to leave KTN are Dennis Onsarigo and Betty Kyallo. Onsarigo quits media to join Taita Taveta county government as the Director of Communications.

Onsarigo is the fourth popular journalist to join county government to serve in communication office, former NTV reporter Kennedy Murithi (Tharaka Nithi), former KTN reporter Carol Nderi (Nyeri) and former NTV reporter Richard Chacha (Mombasa) all serve as Directors of Communication in county governments.

K24 it is

Betty Kyallo is leaving KTN for K24, sources say the celebrated anchor resigned from Standard Group earlier and had been serving notice.

Betty Kyallo and Dennis Onsarigo’s exit come a few days after they set tongues wagging when they posed together. Betty even said that they were the new dynamic duo on TV.

Reggae heavyweight Jamar Rolando McNaughton Jr popularly known as Chronixx thrilled reggae fans at a concert held at KICC on Saturday night July 21st.

Chronixx, popular for his mega hit ‘Here Comes Trouble’, thrilled thousands of reggae fans at KICC alongside his Zinc Fence Redemption band.

It was the third time the Jamaican reggae maestro performed in Kenya, he fired up the crowd while performing hits like ‘I Can’, ‘Black Is Beautiful’, ‘Smile Jamaica’ among others.

Dennis Okari recently took shots at his baby mama Betty Kyallo for poor parenting. The two went their separate ways after their dramatic breakup just six months after their wedding which was held on 2nd October 2015.

It seems Betty and Okari are not co-parenting. The NTV investigative reporter recently called out his baby mama for exposing their daughter Ivanna on social media.

“My daughter does not deserve the kind of publicity she has been getting, she deserves to grow up quietly and no one including myself as her father should interfere with her rights to privacy,” said Dennis Okari.

KTN news anchor Betty Kyalo was taken back to hospital on Sunday just hours after she underwent a tonsillectomy after suffering from inflammations and infections for quite a while.

Her sister Mercy Kyalo took to Instagram to alert her fans in a video. Betty was forced back to hospital hours after the surgery because of too much pain.

NYS suspect Ngirita: Cop framed us after I declined his offer to buy me Black Label Whisky

NYS scandal suspect and now center of attention, Ann Wambere Ngirita and other three family members have come out to shockingly share that an officer framed them after Ann said no to his sexual advances.

The family which is among 43 other suspects implicated in the NYS scandal, claim that the officer wanted to buy Whiskey but they denied.

Four members of the Ngirita family – Jeremiah Ngichini Ngirita, Ann Wambere Ngirita, Phylis Njeri and their mother Lucy Ngirita, have been accused of defrauding the NYS in excess of Sh100 million.

Ngichini said that chief investigating officer Mike Julius Kingoo Muia implicated them in the scam to settle personal scores after they cut business ties with him.

“I together with Mike Julius Kingoo Muia have been carrying out business of supplying hardware and renovating facilities at the National Youth Service in Gilgil,” Ngichini said in an affidavit sworn on June 7.

He went on to narrate that the meeting was in Langata and that the officer wanted to buy them Black Label whiskey which they declined. He also wanted to bed Ann.

“After our business and relationship went soar, Mike Julius Kingoo Muia vowed to use his position to fight our family. At the meeting, he suggested that we should proceed to his residence to take refreshments which we declined. He then told us that he would take the statement of Ms Wambere Ngirita at his residence alone as they enjoy “Black Label Whisky which we declined.”he said.

Veteran video producer Tedd Josiah has managed to hold things together since his wife, Reginah Katar, passed on leaving him with their barely three months old child.

Though he has successfully managed to run things back at home, it has not been easy. He recently took to Instagram to share the journey has been tough and sometimes even reduced him to tears.

Josiah lost his wife Reginah Katar on the morning of Saturday September 30th 2017. Josiah only learnt about what killed his wife after she passed on.

“The past couple of weeks have been rough looking back with tears of woulda coulda shoulda…. Sometimes those thoughts cloud even the little Joys that i have,” he said on social media.

Last Sunday Betty Kyallo and Ghetto radio presenter Bonoko visited Mathare slums. The two spent time with kids at Lea Childrens home where they had gone to give some donations.

“The Mathare based Lea children’s home visit was really nice, met some talented underprivileged kids who’ll youll soon see in a tv near you ? I have to commend Bonokos Masafara Foundation for the great work he is doing. We donated books for the kids and we promised to finish the community school whose construction has stalled,” wrote Betty Kyallo after the visit.

Bonoko took Betty to a hustlers’ restaurant in Ngara after the visit at Lea Children’s home. The KTN anchor revealed she ate chapati beans and a KDF and tea.

Samantha Bridal caused a stir when they announced they would air Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s royal wedding at the Windsor Golf Hotel and Country Club, Nairobi on Saturday 19th May 2018.

Kenyans were shocked to learn that Samantha Bridal was charging Kes 1 million to watch the spectacular nuptials at the Windsor Golf Hotel.

Well, most people didn’t believe anyone could pay one million shillings just to watch a wedding that was televised live everywhere.

The Saturday event at Windsor Golf Hotel attracted several celebrities. But no one believe they all paid 1 million, some say the 1 million entrance fee was only meant to hype the event.

Some of the celebs who turned up at Windsor Golf Hotel include: Vera Sidika, Catherine Kamau, Betty Kyallo and her sister Mercy Kyallo, Naomi Nganga, Mwende Macharia, Shaniqwa among others.

“I thought i was crazy to start the project” Betty Kyallo recounts journey to open her own boutique salon – Flair by Betty

Betty Kyallo opened her own beauty spa after the split with Susan Kaittany. The KTN anchor was the face of Kaittany’s Posh Palace before she opened Flair by Betty.

Betty admits it was not easy to start her own boutique salon. The mother of one reveals that she doubted her ability and was even discouraged when she ran out of funds.

“Looking back from where I started… this was before construction began @flairbybetty , I thought i was crazy to start the project, I questioned my ability and was sometimes extremely discouraged when funds ran out… but looking back I thank God I never gave up… that I pushed on and never lost faith in Him. Sometimes what seems so grand and impossible to us is really a tip of the iceberg for God… I learnt this every step of the way… have hope, have faith… be inspired by my story. But remember all good things work for good for those who love God,” wrote Betty.

Too much of a burden

Betty further reveals that staying positive is what helped her complete the project. She says she had already paid rent when she started feeling the whole project was a burden to her.

“I had already paid rent and started the construction process when I started losing hope and sight of my dream as it seemed too much of a burden Don’t let the negativity check in. Try as hard as you can to stay focused. Keep going,” wrote Betty.

Men are desperate out here! Boy child goes wild as Betty Kyallo hints she is looking for a suitor

Boy child defender Cyprian Nyakundi will be sad to see how men are desperate to get a piece of Betty Kyallo. The pretty KTN anchor caused a stir when she hinted she was in search of a man.

Betty is currently not dating anyone, at least the public knows so. She broke up with her baby daddy Dennis Okari just six months after their colorful wedding which was held in October 2015.

The mother of one took to social media to describe the kind of man she wants. Betty says she is looking for a man who will kiss her even when he is mad.

“Want a dude who’ll still kiss me when he mad. ???,” Betty Kyallo captioned a photo she shared on IG.
