“I am just thankful to be alive and well” Nameless speaks after being discharged from hospital

Singer Nameless who is among the music pioneers in Kenya has finally come out to talk about his condition that saw him get hospitalized a few weeks ago.

The father of two shared an adorable photo of himself hanging out with his daughter in hospital and went on to narrate what happened to him before being rushed to hospital by Daddy Owen and Nonini. He wrote saying:

Lovely visits from my galz would always lift my spirits… I have finally been discharged from hospital and now I am recovering well at home. I want to thank you all for your prayers and concern..It’s important to clarify some details of what took me to hospital in the first place. Three weeks ago towards the end of a PRISK board meeting I was overcome by an extremely painful headache and neck pains. I knew this was not just any kind of headache and knew something was wrong because the pain was escalating at a very high rate. Thank God for my fellow directors Daddy Owen and Nonini who quickly dashed me to nearest hospital.. I did a CT scan and was diagnosed with a life threatening situation called subarachnoid hemorrhage. This means some small blood vessels in the brain had ruptured and blood had leaked into the area between the brain and tissue and that was what was causing the intense headache.

He went on to add,

After a few more tests my doctor realized that fortunately my condition didn’t need surgery. What I needed was to be closely monitored in HDU and given the right medication to allow the leaked blood to dissolve, the ruptured vessels to heal and the pain to be controlled. After about 2 weeks I was sent to the ward for a few more days of monitoring and pain management. I then did some MRI test that showed that there was no more leaked blood in the brain and that I could be discharge with some medication. Doc however advises me not to do any strenuous works or air travel for some weeks until I am fully recovered. So that is why I have had to cancel all my October shows including Churchill in showground this passed weekend and a US mini tour that was going to happen from 20th October till November 4th.

Now that he is doing better and grateful to be alive the went on to thank those who stood with him in prayers as he concluded by saying,

For me I am just thankful to be alive and well .This whole experience has made me see life in a whole new perspective. Thank you again for your prayers and best wishes. For now let me take it easy and follow doctors orders…#GodLovesMe

Notorious criminal burnt beyond recognition in Dandora

With young men choosing the easy way to make money, the like of Hessy are ready to finish them with no mercy. A few months ago or rather weeks we have seen very young men in their early 20’s getting shot by the police for involving themselves in the life of crime.

Another young man has lost his life after he was caught red-handed stealing steel doors from a construction site in Dandora area. However, this time around an angry mob decided to deal with him burning him beyond recognition.

Hessy wa Dandora who later went at the scene shared a few photos through his Facebook page where he wrote saying:

“many of life’s failures are people who did not realize how close they were to success when they gave up and ended up this way:..the future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their positive dreams, not the ones who are out to harvest wot doesn’t rightful belong to them. This man (photos at the end of the story) was burnt beyond recognition after he was caught red-handed in action(stealing steel doors from a house under construction within dandora phs 3). am left with no option than to congratulate everyone that participated in this operation of ensuring he(the thug) is no more.the job is encouraging because that’s the only way out and a lesson to the remaining idiots out there who are still planning to engage in criminal activities. i want to tell you criminals that your time is limited unless you change your characters and start living positively.”

Janet Mbugua’s parents celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary on October 9th with their family as revealed by their daughter through her Instagram page where she also shared a few photos from the chilled out celebration.

According to her she finds the whole juggling work and family hard but since her parents have managed to pull 40 years in their marriage – she now has no reason to complain as she is learning from the best. She wrote saying”

This is why Guardian Angel might be the gospel ‘kid’ taking over the entertainment industry

When it comes to delivering gospel music, the likes of Bahati and Willy Paul among others seem to have done a good job – but after the scandals it becomes hard to determine whether they are really out to win souls for Christ or are in this for the money.

However, one Guardian Angel who has released a couple of songs in the past has been showing potential when it comes to releasing music. From most of his projects it is easy to see that his goal has nothing to do with fame or money like most artists we have come across.

So far he has an album that was dropped back in 2015 making this one of his biggest achievements. Apart from this he has been helping upcoming and artists like Wapendwa Duo and Blessing Miles through his music company dubbed 7 Heaven.

Guardian Angel has done several collaborations with other artistes and his versatility in different genres has seen him grow as an artiste, his latest being “Better Man” featuring Weezdom which was released in February 2017.

He also describes his music as ‘music of the soul that seeks to encourage people to believe in God’ and his main fuel for this passion is to do music that is relevant now and many more years to come.

‘Ona huyu’ reggae MC Patoka laid to rest in his rural home (Photos)

The reggae fraternity is still in mourning after one of their own MC Patoka passed on a few days ago at the age of 23 years leaving many in disbelief.

MC Patoka who was part of the Agugu family (reggae) is apparently said to have been involved in a road accident that saw him part with life on the spot. He was popularly known for saying ‘Ona huyu’, ‘lamba lolo’ among other slogans he used while hyping reggae shows around the country.

His death came at a time when his career had started to grow as many youths in the country were familiar with his voice and fun character that saw him get big gigs – even at his young age.

He was however laid to rest in rural home, Murang’a attracting his fans, colleagues, family and friends who had gotten to know him at a personal level.

Nameless undergoes successful surgery to remove blood clot in brain

Singer Nameless is now doing much better after undergoing a surgery to remove a life threatening blood clot in his brain as revealed!

The singer who had been hospitalized for about 3 weeks apparently had no idea about his condition until his friends noticed that he was not himself after a short meeting – before they rushed him to hospital.

His doctor however scheduled an immediate surgery after the brain scans revealed that he had ruptured an artery in his brain. This forced him to cancel a trip to Uganda where he was to perform alongside Eric Omondi among other artists.

Speaking to Nairobinews his wife, Wahu however did not reveal much details about her husband’s health. But as for now he has been discharged and is slowly recovering from home after successful surgery.

Alcohol is good for the body but when abused and K24’s Riddim Vybz MC Fullstop can tell you this for free. The fella who hosts the reggae show a few hours ago opened up about how he almost lost his life due to alcohol which he was using excessively.

Through his gram the MC shared a photo from 2015 to show his fans some of the struggles he faced after his liver failed. According to him, at that time he was jobless and those close to him started spreading fake rumors about his condition.

He goes on to add that God gave him another chance and this is why he is urging the youth to avoid alcohol which will end up destroying them, if not careful. Even with the second chance he still has to stay on medication since he ended up with Diabetes and thing have not been easy for him. He wrote saying,

Mama Naseeb has finally spoken after rumor had it that Diamond Platnumz ran a DNA test on Prince Nilan only to find out that he was not his son as reported by several Tanzanian news outlets.

His mother has however brushed off the rumors by sharing the boy’s picture a few hours to let people know that Nilan is a Tanzanian baby unlike what many are saying.

Baby onboard: Bahati and Diana Marua postpone their wedding as they are expecting their first child

Bahati will soon be welcoming his second child as Diana Marua is expecting her first child with the young gospel singer.

This comes a few hours after everyone was assuming that their relationship was facing issues juging from some of their posts shared on social media.

However, turns out that the couple is actually doing better than we thought now that it is official that they are expecting a baby. With such big news Bahati told Pulse that they have postponed their wedding until the baby is here.

Kiambu chief and Biashara ward MCA Elijah has lately been causing a stir on social media thanks to some of the photos he shares on his pages.

Just like most politicians Elijah Njoroge is ‘living the life’ and there is no stopping him – as he seems to have made it in life. I bumped into a couple of pictures showing the type of cars he rolls around in and believe me when I say money is not an issue when it comes to him. He owns a Prado and VX which have customized number plates of his name.

Not quite sure where he gets the money to support his lavish lifestyle but some claim he is involved in the drug business while others say he makes an honest living through selling cars and lands to his clients…but who knows, right?

Word making rounds on social media is that Wema Sepetu and Diamond Platnumz are back to being ‘just friends’.

However…. their relationship is said not to be the usual ‘friendship’ since the two were once lovers making it hard to believe that they just sit and talk without facing any temptations.

Is this the reason why Diamond Platnumz prefers sharing Tiffah photos compared to Nilan?

Word making rounds on social media is that Diamond Platnumz already carried a DNA test on his son Nillan, only to find out that the baby is not his.

This comes a few weeks after he celebrated the birth of his second son, Abdul Naseeb who was welcomed to the world about two months ago by his mum Hamisa Mobetto.

Anyway, the rumors goes on to add that Diamond Platnumz carried the test in private as he did not want to alarm Zari who already knew that Dee was not the father of her son.

The reports which were first shared by several Tanzanian news outlets go on to add that after finding out the truth Diamond Platnumz chose to protect Zari from the public embarrassment as he did not want the public involved.

He however made the announcement in the Wasafi records whatsApp group where he told his boys about the DNA results from Nillan’s test.

Looking at his social media pages I also realized that he rarely shares photos of the toddler and even after flying in SA during Zari’s birthday he did not make any effort to share his son’s photo – wherelse he shared a video hanging out with Tiffah. So could this mean that Zari Hassan also played him with her late husband?

Hamisa Mobetto files a lawsuit against her baby Daddy, Diamond Platnumz

Even after getting pregnant and giving birth to Diamond Platnumz second born son, video vixen Hamisa Mobetto is not yet done with the Tanzanian superstar as she is sais to have filed a case against Diamond Platnumz.

This has been revealed by a popular Tanzanian online new outlet which reported to say that Hamisa Mobetto decided to sue Diamond Platnumz for not paying her any child support.

The tabloid goes on to reveal that Diamond Platnumz apparently has not sent Hamisa Mobetto the baby’s maintance fee for two months leaving her with no other option than to involve a judge in their private matter.

Hamisa Mobetto has picked out some of the best Tanzanian lawyer namely: Abdullah Zulu and Walter who will represent her in court.  One of her lawyer Abdullah Zulu told Gazeti la Mwananchi that they have already sent Diamond Platnumz a copy of the court case seeking to find out whether he was going to pay the child support to avoid a court case – but he did not respond. In Swahili he said,

“Baada ya kuona kimya tulipeleka kesi katika Mahakama ya Kisutu upande wa watoto (The Juvenile Court Of Dar es Salaam) na leo(Alhamisi) tumepewa barua ya wito na tayari mwanasheria wa mwanamuziki huyo ameipokea,”

Their case  is scheduled to be heard on 30th October to find a solution to their issue.

Comedy is an art that not many can pull through. Some believe that it is a God given talent and judging from how some comedians perform on stage, this can be true!

Despite disappearing from our TV screens comedian Karis continues to wow his fans through his social media pages where he often shares funny photos and video to keep his fans going.

I recently bumped into a photo of Karis wearing Mamito’s dress that he shared on his gram asking fans to judge who wore the Kitenge dress better between him and the female comedian.

Judging from how he looks we can all agree that he tried his best after pairing the dress with a wig that made him look like a lady (in a way) despite also rocking his beard.

Not quite sure if he out did Mamito but you can be judge. Check out the photo below.

“The online hate directed at me is not new” Dennis Oliech finally speaks

It is never fun to see people trolling you on social media and in the past we have heard of people taking their own lives as they could not handle internet bullies.

Dennis Oliech is however different. According to him he has seen it all since he is not new in the entertainment industry. Therefore trolling him and calling him names on social media pages would not hurt his feelings nor lower his self esteem.

Speaking during an interview with e daily the footballer said that in the ten years he has been making headlines there is nothing he has not heard, from the good to the bad.

For this reason he has learned not to pay attention to the gossip spreading around about him. He also went on to add that he does not consume gossip and this is why he has been having the care free attitude. He said;

“I have made news headlines, good and the bad, for ten years now. I have seen it all on mainstream and social media, and the online hate directed at me is not new. If anything, I do not consume gossip.”

With that in mind we now understand why he has been maintaining his silence until just recently when he gave his opinion about the rumors claiming he is not in a good place financially…hence his appearance at Koroga Festival.
