Bridget Achieng forced to deactivate son’s social media pages after her nudes leak

Former socialite Bridget Achieng has finally decided to take her 2 year old son off social media; following the naked video that surfaced on social media.

According to the lady, this is the best decision she has had to make since her son was born; and seeing how cruel the online life can be – she now has no choice but to protect her baby, Sekani Rich.

The lady revealed this in a detailed post where she wrote;

Good morning guys I have been thru a lot and it made me think hard about a lot of things, like one day my son gets bullied the same way I have been. I will not be able to forgive myself, that’s why I will protect him at any cost. I don’t want him to limelight and maybe he is destined for something else.

Quits social media

Since she already has a couple of not so good photos and videos on social media; we can bet that this is one of the best decisions she had to make for her child’s sake.

However, not quite sure how quitting social media will help solve the problems she has already caused for her future offsprings; but truth is – she is now learning the hard way. On the same post, Bridget Achieng went on to say;

When he is old enough to decide for himself If he wants to be in social media, I’ll allow him to do so. Until then he is not going to have an IG account.

Rest in paradise: Chris Kirubi losses battle with cancer

Dr Christopher Kirubi has died of cancer at the age of 80. The new was confirmed on Monday 14th, June as revealed by a statement shared by his family.

In the statement shared widely on social media; we understand that the late Christopher J Kirubi spent his last moments in the company of his family. They wrote;

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Dr. Christopher J Kirubi (1941-2021) who passed away today, Monday the 14th June, 2021 at 1pm at his home after a long battle with cancer fought with fortitude, grace and courage. He was surrounded by his family. More details shall be released in the coming days.

The late Chris Kirubi’s family have however asked for space to process their loss; as they promised to share more details in the near future.

Battle with cancer

Mr Kirubi’s death comes 3 years after he was diagnosed with cancer as revealed in one of his interviews done in 2019.

The businessman jokingly revealed this while on an interview where he said;

“My cancer was discovered by mistake.”

Adding;

They took my blood and quickly ran checks only to return to tell me that I was very sick and needed to go with them to the hospital. They rushed me through the Emergency section straight to the High Dependency Ward at Nairobi Hospital. I’m told my eyes were yellow and my fever was shooting through the roof. From there it was a series of tests for the next few days as they observed my situation.

“When they finally finished, they broke the news to me that I had stage two cancer, which was affecting my internal organs including the lungs and kidneys. They said I needed to fly out of the country urgently for treatment,”

Despite getting the best treatment in Boston, the businessman unfortunately took his last breath in 2021; leaving many shocked but the same time grateful for the life lessons.

Chris Kirubi was best known for his business skills and of course, popular radio station that has helped many young journalists in Kenya. May his soul Rest In Peace.

Actor Maqbul Mohammed opens up about struggle with depression and suicidal thoughts

Former Capital FM radio host Maqbul recently held a candid interview with Nation; revealing unknown details about his life before, during and after fame.

For those who remember, Maqbul started off as an actor on TV show Reflections; and with time he moved on to another successful show Makutano junction that helped build his career in the entertainment industry.

However what many don’t know is that Maqbul was having a rough time juggling his family life, work and the fame. He opened up for the first during his recent interview saying;

Nobody prepares you for the responsibility that comes with fame, no one tells you about these things. The expectations on me were so much. I worked from Monday to Saturday I was dealing with pressure from TV, radio, marriage, children, clients, agencies and fans. It was too much to take. It was difficult point in my life because I couldn’t balance all these.

Crumbling life

With all the fame he now had, Maqbul says that life became boring and all he could do is spend time by himself; since most people started looking at him differently thanks to his new lifestyle – an actor.

Speaking about this experience that led to dark thoughts of attempting suicide he said;

I would wake up in the morning, get in the car, drive to work and park. I’d then turn on the radio, listen to my cohost (Amina Abdi Rabar) then turn off the road and drive back home. By that time, my wife has gone to work, I get in the room and sleep.

Suicidal thoughts

With no one to bond with or real friends to spend time with; Maqbul says he got to a pint where he felt that ending his own life was the only way out of this fame. He went on to say,

I remember going for a party, got high(drunk) and I thought this is the perfect time to end it. I tried taking some pills, but it didn’t work.

But luckily for him, despite his lowest moments; he learnt that he still had so much to live for. And look at him now!

Anerlisa is perfecting the art of telling off her haters. Unlike the old polite Anerlisa who would prefer remaining quiet when abused on social media; the new Aner is all about zero chills and clap backs!

Earlier this morning the Keroche Heiress shared a playful video; where she is seen twirling and showing off her tiny waist in an all black outfit. From the way she moves around on the video, one would easily confuse her with a teenager but hey….we love seeing her happy!

However there is one particular fan who decided to kill Aner’s vibe with a bashing comment where he wrote;

Elodie Zone’s mum weighs in on daughters failed relationship scandal

It must have been a crazy week for Elodie Zone and singer Nviiri who have been making headlines thanks to their failed relationship.

However if not for Elodie, we wouldn’t have learnt about her abusive relationship with the Sol generation singer. This is after the lady accused Nviiri of physically, emotionally and verbally abusing; and after putting up with so much – Elodie finally broke down – hence spilling the details online.

With this revelation, there are those who chose to side with her (feminists) encouraging and sympathizing with her; while others bashed the couple for the drama – not knowing things would get out of hand.

PR stunts

Seeing that most blogs were now discussing this, Elodie once again made the situation worse by blaming her actions on alcohol; adding more blame to bloggers for blowing the situation out of proportion. I mean, how now? She wrote;

Nviiri and I came to Coast with our friends to unwind, relax and make peace with each other. When I made my post, it was fueled by tension and an afternoon of a few too many drinks. 51 year old Esther Musila is a mother of 3 grown kids who she has been keeping off social media for the longest time. From what we know is that the lady tried to protect her grown kids from the online life; but as expected this was just short term – I mean, have you met Kenyans on social media!

Anyway a couple of photos showing Ms Musila in the company of her 3 kids have surfaced on social media leaving many shocked; or rather surprised at the fact that these kids appear to be in the same age bracket as Guardian Angel.

From the photos it’s evident to see that the two boys took after their mum in terms of looks and even height.

The only girl doesn’t really look much like her mum but from the photos; we can tell that Ms Musila’s last born is currently in her mid-twenties; and boy is she also stylish in her own way!

Although these pictures may have been leaked for malicious reasons; they also help us understand how close Ms Esther Musila is with her children.

Jimal Marlow’s 1st wife threatens to sue Amber Ray

At this point it’s evident that Jimal May have to choose who he will stick with between his two wives! This is because – this situationship is clearly not working and unlike most Muslim wives – these two wanachoma sana.

A few hours ago the two ladies washed their dirty linen on social media; leaving fans entertained by the family scandal as the two ladies continue to fight for a man they both call husband.

According to Amber, she has every right to remain as a second wife since Jimal chose her over his other side chicks; but problem is that Amira (first wife) does not want to share her man with Amber. Apparently Amira is open to have any other lady as her husband’s second wife; but just not Amber.

Amber accuses Amira of abandoning kids

Anyway after apparently acting like the bigger person for months; Amber for the first time came out gun blazing with serious accusations against Amira.

Willy Paul has come forth to talk about his haters that have been pushing for his career to fail; but with all that bile – the young man says that he remains successful and unmoved despite all the trials he continues to face.

In a detailed post shared on his IG page, the love song singer addressed the haters agenda saying some of this people are bitter since they wish to be him; yet in reality there can only be one Willy Paul. He wrote;

Ever wondered why people hate for no reason? Well the so called haters are not really haters. They just wish they had what you have. Yaani they wish they were you or even a quarter of what you’re. Don’t let nobody tell you what is wrong or right for you, kila mtu atazikwa peke yake.

Betrayal

According to Pozee for the years he has been an entertainer in Kenya; many have not only hated him but has been betrayed by both his friend and family. He went on to say;

Ask me about myself n I’ll tell you I’m the strongest of them all. What haven’t I seen in this life? Poverty, good life, Beautiful women,Kamati ya roho chafu ? Just to mention afew. For those wondering why Pozee decided to quit making gospel songs; the singer says that he was being fought by fellow gospel artists and even DJ’s paid to bring him down; and for a minute it almost happened.

Some of you ask me why I left the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ.. and even call me names because I nolonger praise Jesus in my songs.. according to them I’m so evil and everything bad. I’m not perfect but what I went through as a gospel artist, no servant of God should go through!!. Word making rounds on social media is that Chipukeezy and Kartelo are currently not speaking following unknown reasons that led to their failed friendship.

According to sources – the two have not been spotted together for months; and actually, they no longer work together like before. Kartelo’s Instagram confirmed this as he recently shared his first post featuring Modesto on Wednesday, 9th June; 5 months after taking a social media break.

Seeing how the story is spreading like wild fire, NACADA chairman, Vincent Muasya Mutua aka Chipukeezy has quickly come out to address the ongoing rumors; surrounding his failed friendship with Kartelo.

Chipukeezy speaks

In a detailed video post shared by Chipukeezy, the comedian warns fans for fueling the matters; as some are blaming him for being the reason why Kartelo has been absent on social media.

Most feel that Chipukeezy May have withdrawn his support from Kartelo; hence making it hard for him to stand on his own two feet; hence the sudden break. Speaking about the unfollowing issue, Chipukeezy said;

Elodie Zone who is a hot young Youtuber have many a reason to talk after exposing her handsome Sol Generation boyfriend, Nviiri of abusing her. According to the lady, Nviiri not only verbally abuses her but has also done it physically.

With a successful music career comes money and pride – which clearly seem to have overpowered Mr Omollo.

For those who know Khaligraph will tell you that the guy is not only good at dropping bars; but is full of pride – and this keeps his fans entertained.

Just a few hours ago, the guy – once again let his cocky behavior get the best of him while responding to Bahati’s diss track. Being one who doesn’t clout chase – Baba Amali (Khali) was quick to distance himself from Bahati who is known for pulling stunts – in the name of creating hype.

However having been dissed pushed Khali to the wall hence decided to respond to his ‘boy’ for poking him in his latest song. Through his IG, the rapper wrote;

Things in Jimal’s home seem to be getting worse as the days go by. For a minute, fans assumed that both Amber Ray and Amira will keep mocking each other on social media; but never did anyone imagine the two exposing secrets meant to remain within the family.

However as seen on a comment shared by Amber Ray on Jimal’s post; we understand that the online battle escalated after the fella (Husband) refused to intervene hence forcing his two wives to tear each other online.

For the very first time, fans got to witness Amber Ray run her mouth (through her posts) as she exposed Amira for apparently what she is.

Well, like most men would – Isihaka decided to move in with his first wife; probably to help around with taking care of the baby – now that his second wife’s (Queen Darleen) baby is months older.

YouTuber Elodie Zone is not shy to admit that she has been struggling with mental illness issues (depression) since she was only 14 years old. The beautiful stunning lass does not however reveal what led to her depression at such a young age; and why she did not get help. Maybe.

However what we know is that she has carried the depression in her system till date; and for some reason – many find her behavior toxic (no judging) but after her two online breakups – probably it’s time she got help.

A few years ago, the YouTuber had a nasty breakup with boyfriend, Sean; who she painted as a violent person, controlling and much more.

Years later, Elodie has once again painted boyfriend Nviiri the same as Sean – which leaves fans questioning whether she could be the trigger to all the toxic behavior from her men.

Like I said, we are not judging but truth is; this particular young lady is indeed in need of help not from just therapists but her close family who probably understand her more.

Self harm

This comes after a photo showing the body cuts she has been inflicting on herself; following her alleged breakup with Sol generation’s, Nviiri.

As seen on a photo shared by blogger Edgar Obare – we can confirm that Elodie has been cutting herself; (as form of dealing with her pain) but at the same time – this is how it all starts.

Anyway boyfriend Nviiri also seems aware of his girlfriend’s mental struggles as he recently shared a post about Borderline personality disorder which he deleted after a few minutes.

While Willis Raburu is spending hours at the gym; his ex wife, Maryaprude on the other hand is living life to the fullest!

This is after getting married at 23 years, conceiving and losing baby at 24 years – not forgetting her divorce; well, I guess Ms Maryaprude is allowed to have as much fun as she can!

Truth is, we are happy to see the lady bounce back on her feet after 2020 robbed her of everything she was in love with.

For those wondering – Ms Prude delivered a still baby on 31st 2019 as we crossed over to 2020; and in less than 6 months, her marriage to Willis Raburu failed leaving her with double stress hence depression.

However thanks to her support system, Maryaprude managed to take one day and a time; and although the stress contributed to her quick weight loss – were glad she made it through without the dark thoughts and memories that kept eating her alive.

Although she insists on maintaining silence on what led to her divorce; she once hinted that forgiving those who hurt her (Willis Raburu) has helped her sleep better now that she has no anger bottled up like before.

Having Amber Ray ‘wife’ Ms Amira’s husband (Jimal) must be toughest thing the Somali lady has ever gone through.

Well, l say this because these two women allegedly married to Jimal Roho Safi are quite different from each other; and the sad part is that second ‘wife’ seems more fun to hangout with; and I’m sure Jimal loves it.

Singer Bahati is a master at pulling publicity stunts and if you thought breaking up with his wife for a song last time was too much; wait till you watch him smoke a cigar in his latest post shared on social media.

Well, just a few hours ago the singer released a teaser to promote his new song; but the only problem is that the former gospel artist is seen smoking some cigar; and the way he does it – let’s just say it’s not his first time.

From the video it’s also clear to see that this clip was taken during a music video shoot; which explains the video vixen standing next to him in a sexy dress. Sahrinf the video online, Mr Bahati, a father of 4 captioned the post;

Since the video was shared on Bahati social media accounts – most of his fans got to witness their former gospel artist spread some smoke; and not the gospel – like he used to back in the day.

Apart from fans bashing and calling out Bahati for choosing worldly ways; fellow singer Ringtone also decided to weigh in on this clip and from what he said – Ringtone is convinced that Bahati is a drug addiction.

Through his IG page, Ringtone wrote;

Kansiime in mourning after losing loved one

Death is cruel. It leaves you empty and the sad part is that it is part and parcel of life; something we can never escape!

Barely two months after Kansiime welcomed the first grandchild in her family; the comedian’s happiness has been cut short after losing her dear mum. The Ugandan comedian announced the sad news through her Instagram page where she unveiled a never seen before photo of her late mum who passed on this past Sunday saying;

God’s ways are indeed not our ways! My mother has gone to be with the Lord this morning.

Although she does not explain what led to her mother’s sudden demise; the caption shared above proves that she might have been prepared for something of this sort to happen.

To her, this was God’s will and although she would have wanted things to work out differently; sadly fate had the upper hand this time around.

The sad news comes barely 2 months after Kansiime ‘shame’ was brought to an end after delivering a bouncing baby boy with her Ugandan singer boyfriend.

Accoridng to the lady, so many had people in her circle including fans had branded her as a barren woman; with others accusing her of selling her womb to the dark spirits for fame.

However, she proved many wrong after welcoming a bouncing baby boy; only to lose the boy’s grandmother weeks later. Anyway our condolence to Kansiime and family as they face this hard time. It is well.
