Actress ‘Maria’ excites many after her charitable contribution to women living in Kibra (Photos)

20 year old Yasmeen Saiedi, popularly known as Maria is one humble lady many kenyans have come to love and appreciate. Many say her talent is in born as she often delivers her character on Maria; in a way that many East Africans can relate with.

So far she has become a sweetheart to many kenyans who continue to celebrate her by supporting her projects on social media. With a talent like that, of course Yasmeen has been able to catch the attention of many; hence bagging her first ambassadorial job with popular company, Indomie Kenya.

Away from that we also understand that the lady spent her weekend giving back to the society; especially now that doors of opportunity continue to open for her. This past weekend as seen on her social media pages, Ms Yasmeen was joined by friends as she visited several families in Kibra.

Her main was however to give back to the society especially the humble locals who often relate to her character on TV show Maria.

Giving back

Having put herself in the shoes of ‘Maria’ the lady now understands that life can sometimes be too harsh. For this reason, the lass spent her weekend donating food and sanitary towels to women from Kibra. Through her social media page Yasmeen went on to post;

Am happy and grateful about today, my first CSR with @indomie_kenya. I started from kibra and I appreciate the love and support I get from you everyday. Today was amazing I went back to where it all started; we donated food stuffs and sanitary towels to over 400 women and young girls in Kibra. it was all about sharing hope and encouraging the girls to believe in themselves that is why we dubbed the innitiative “Jiamini”.

Pastor Ruth Matete’s 2020 must have been the worst year she ever lived! This is because she not only lost her husband but went through rejection and betrayal from people she thought would stand with her during the time time.

Howverr thanks to a few posts shared on her social media pages; Ms Ruth went on to expose these ‘friends’ asking them not to fake a relationship when they already abandoned her.

The soon to be mother claims that some of the pastors who served with her; not only accused her of being guilty of killing husband; but some were certain that she had a hand in his death.

Speaking to her big sister on their latest video aired on Betty Kyallo’s lately YouTube show; Mercy went on to disclose how exhausting her past was.

Well it all started after Betty Kyallo went on to ask her sister how she managed to shed off the unnecessary weight she had gained a while back. To which Mercy responded by saying;

Apart from being trolled for talking about having kids in future; Kenyans went on to remind the lady of the process involved in having kids is. To them a lady and a cannot have children – and since most continue to assume that she is a full blown lesbian then there is no way pregnancy will happen!

With this, Mercy Masika who has been in the music industry for long has come out to bash fellow artists for using the gospel industry as a money making machine.

In a detailed post shared on her social media pages; Mercy went on to reveal that music released by these young artists lacks inspiration. According to the lady, this type of music cannot speak or bless those who listen to it; making the songs useless to true believers.

Days after fans criticised her for being overweight Vera Sidika and her new man have now opted for gym sessions. However just like Corazon and Frankie Just Gym It; Ms Sidika is being trained by her boyfriend, Brown Mauzo.

Request to son in law

Being one with a big heart, Betty Kyallo’s mum went on to add that she hopes this will not get her beaten by her husband in future.

This is because most men from this generation have proven to quite envious of successful women; and others tend to overlook or overhear certain situations hence jumping into conclusions.

Sister. sister! There is no doubt that the Kyallo sisters are loved by many and thanks to Betty Kyallo’s Youtube; fans now have every reason to keep updated with these fine ladies.

Well, on the latest episode shared on BK’s Youtube channel; we get to understand why Betty Kyallo gained the unnecessary weight about 3 years after her daughter was born. This is because most women tend add weight after giving birth but this was not the case with Betty.

Speaking to her youngest sister, Gloria Kyallo the two made it known that their bodies easily add weight depending on a situation. As for Gloria Kyallo, her toxic relationship led to her weight gain; despite the many times she watched her diet. According to the young lady, the stress kept pushing her body the wrong direction until she finally called it quits!

Unfortunately turns out that Betty Kyallo was her own enemy back in the day when she started gaining weight. This is because she apparently used to eat as much as her boyfriend back then. According to Gloria who was often around her big sister, she says her sister was not just a foodies; but a woman can eat.

Her last relationship, she used to eat exactly the amount of food the other guy is eating

To which Betty went on to add;

I remember one day you made fun and you said….(because i was used to being driven around) So i was so fat and then you said, to me one day…can you just drive yourself to work, just exercise your own feet?

Fortunately the relationship finally came to an end and for some reason (break up depression) Betty started losing weight!

Machachari’s actress reveals why daughter almost got her finger amputation at 3 weeks old!

Actress Sharon Mutuku popularly known as Sofia from Machachari struggled hard after her last born daughter was born.

Through her social media pages Sharon Mutuku went on to reveal that at 3 weeks; her baby girl developed bronchitis; something that led to more complications.

However luckily for her, Sharon says her baby girl Zamia fought all the way through. Despite doctors diagnosing the child with Bronchitis, baby Zamia was also set to undergo a finger amputation as directed by her doctors. Through her Instagram page the yummy mummy went on to narrate the story saying;

You fought severe bronchitis at 3weeks old and survived a finger amputation ,look at you now my love.

But now that the dark cloud is over; and gone are the days she spent her nights crying at her daughter’s hospital bed!

The late Zari aka Pretty Mutave is said ti have been a beautiful soul that often made many comfortable whenever she was around. Although not many know her so well, the likes of Rashid Abdalla; and Lulu Hassan have indeed confirmed that she was a blessing to work with them.

Well, among those who have celebrated the life of Miss Pretty Mutave is fellow actor Luwi Capello who worked with the lady on popular show Maza. Since he got to see her once in a while on set; the two became good friends and from Luwi’s post, I guess they also joked around every now and then.
