Papa Shirandula’s actress Awinja is one private person. For the longest time she has kept her family and love life off her social media pages and she is not about to stop.

After dating for 3 years, Awinja and hubby Alfred Ngachi welcomed their first child 5 months ago. The two have however kept their baby on the low and very few have seen his face.

Speaking during a recent interview with Ebru TV’s Let’s Talk show Awinja aka Jacky Vike explained why she was keeping her baby on the low. According to Awinja her son is quite too young to face the wrath of bitter online users. She said;

“I just feel like he is very young (to be exposed to social media) especially with the trolling and everything else,”

Is Awinja following Brenda Wairimu’s footsteps?

So far it seems that Brenda Wairimu is the only celebrity who has managed to hide her daughter’s identity. Only close friends and relatives have had the chance to see her face and this is because Brenda Wairimu respects her daughter’s privacy. In an interview she once said;

“We are a very young family and we do not want to subject our family to scrutiny …I’m very protective of things that I hold dear. My baby has not been on social media, you can see the back of her head, you can see her feet but not really her face.”

Baby Mueni, the daughter of singer Bahati and his ex girlfriend Kisha Yvette has finally turned 2 years. For the first time since birth, the baby who was born on November 29th 2015 celebrated her 2nd yesterday through her social media pages.

Though Bahati himself did not share any post marking his baby’s special day, the social media running his daughter’s page wrote saying;

Word making rounds on social media is that Wolper could be expecting her first child. This comes shortly after a photo of her rocking a baby bump emerged on social media giving fans something new to discuss.

Wolper who is well known actress has dated Diamond Platnumz in the past before meeting her current ex, Harmonize. The two have not had it easy as they are said to be in a competition of who will settle down before the other one now that they are apart.

Anyway, judging from the list of celebrities getting pregnant in Tanzania, it wouldn’t be a surprise if wolper confirmed she was indeed pregnant.

So who is the father?

Well, this could be the hard part as Wolper is said to have been with Harmonize the same time she was with Brown, a TZ model.

Others claim that the photo is not new and was shot a while back during a movie scene for one of her projects. However, we cannot confirm anything as for now since the actress no longer shares full body videos like she did in the past.

Holding on to grudges? Well I bet Prezzo and Huddah are past their nasty break up from their 2013 relationship. The two however gave fans something to watch after they decided to call out each other through their social media pages.

From how things ended between the two, most fans were certain that the two would never see eye to eye. But this is not true. On 28th November night the two reunited at Gallileo Lounge Westlands where the two happened to bump into each other.

Size 8 did not have a good day yesterday, 28th November. I bet she did not go through her social media comments because of the mean things left on the comment section.

Well, all the drama started after she was cut short performing at president Uhuru Kenyatta’s inauguration ceremony that went down on 28th November. From the comments many claim that the lady akona kiherehere while others insist that she talks too much.

Her fans go on to add that Size 8 chose the wrong song to perform at such an event that saw top politicians from various parts of the world attend. Tam Tam apparently was non related to the occasion making the DJ and MC cut short Size 8’s performance.

Actress Awinja also known as Jacky Vike is proving that motherhood is not as hard many thought. 5 months after giving birth, the lady is back to partying like never before something that is rising eyebrows.

The actress who enjoys to keep her private life off social media this past weekend graced the Koroga Festival ready to party with her friends. Dressed in a white crop-top and mum jeans no one could tell that Awinja recently welcomed her first child judging from the flat tummy.

Not quite sure how she manages to step out to party with her son barely 1 year, seems that Awinja has the best nanny to watch her baby. Jacky Vike is also proving that becoming a mother does not mean one has to give up the fun stuff since life moves on – but now with responsibilities.

Tanzanian sweetheart Wema Sepetu has lately been making headlines and  I can bet that the lady is up to something new. Just this past weekend, she spent her days partying with fans in Rwanda and judging from the photos the lady seems to have slimmed down.

Well it is true that the lady has lost so much weight in just a few months. This however has left her fans questioning what she is doing to lose the weight. Others claim that she is using the same ‘herbs’ Rayvanny’s girlfriend used to cut her weight but it’s not true.

What pushed Wema Sepetu to lose weight?

Speaking during a recent interview, the Tanzanian actress revealed that she suddenly gained weight after getting pregnant about a year ago. Though she suffered a miscarriage, Wema Sepetu says the baby fat was making her abnormally huge. For this she opted to hit the gym and since then she has been eating healthy foods to maintain her figure.

Ababu Namwamba must be proud of the wife, Priscah Namwamba he chose to settle down with. Judging from most of their photos, the lady looks like a fun person to be around and this is why the politician is still smitten!

Despite the political differences bringing clashes in the country , Kenyans seem to be focusing on the positive things. Yesterday most of them showed off their creativity through the #Inauguration challenge that cheered many!

While others chose to engage with the police, the wise ones decided to come up with funny photos. These photos were aimed at imitating how the Inauguration went down.

Motherhood must be the best experience any woman will ever have and Betty Bayo knows this very well. The 11th hour hit maker has a daughter with pastor Kanyari and after their divorce the singer welcomed another child with an unknown fella.

So far it has been two years since Betty Bayo welcomed her son and she is thankful for the experience. On Monday 27th November the young man turned 2 years since his birth. And expected his mother had to celebrate him on her social media pages.

Through her Instagram page, Betty shared an adorable photo which she captioned saying;

In yet another post she talks about how she has been looking for a man to settle down with only to end up with none. She is however proud to have a son who she will mentor to grow up to a fine young man. She wrote saying;

I have been single looking for a man .. I have been married trying to keep a man. Tanzanian sensation Diamond Platnumz career seems to be doing quite well. He is the first East African artist to bag collaborations with international artists meaning more money and troubles for him.

The singer is not only known for good music but for scandals involving the women in his life. So far Diamond Platnumz has dropped a few songs trolling his ex Wema Sepetu among other women he was involved with and he is not about to stop.

Yet again he has a new song dubbed ‘Sikomi’ dropped a few hours and yes it’s a bullet aiming Zari, Hamisa Mobetto and Wema Sepetu.

The song’s message

In the song he talks about how he tried bribing Hamisa Mobetto with a car just after she told him she was pregnant with his child. From his message it seems like Diamond Platnumz was just looking for fun only to realize that he had been set up!

On Zari’s part he says that the only reason he plays her is because he can never be too sure if she wont leave him for another man (like she did with Ivan). But goes on to thank her for giving him two lovely kids.

Wema Sepetu on the other hand apparently hurt him the most making him not eat or sleep during their relationship. According to Diamond the lady cannot be trusted and this is how he truly feels!

Clearly not everyone is happy with Diamond Platnumz youngest baby mama. Well, she has her own fans but it’s not everyday they will be supportive of her especially when it comes to singing.

A while back ‘Musa’ shared a video singing along to Siwezi by Barakah the Prince leaving many asking her to stick to being a vixen since music is not her strength. This not being the first time the lady is sharing videos singing to popular songs, seems that Siwezi did not favor her at all.

However, she is not the only woman who has dated Diamond Platnumz and tried to show off her vocals. We have the likes of Zari Hassan who tried doing music as a profession only to be trolled online by fans.

Comedian Jalang’o is one who enjoys flashy expensive things. He not only drives a fancy car but expensive outfits and shoes which complete his look.

Just a few hours he shared a new video flaunting the many pairs of shoes he owns. From his caption, the comedian cum radio presenter was trying to choose at least one pair he could wear as he stepped out but since he was spoilt for choice his fans had to step in to help.

Looking at most of the shoes he was parading seems that he only steps out in designer shoes i.e Jordan’s, timberland’s and many more which are about Ksh 10,000 and above.

Before the money and fame Willy Paul was another struggling young man living in Mathare slums. He had nothing and at some point had to struggle hustling for money to buy his late father a coffin to bury him.

This however happened 7 years ago when the singer and his family were left stranded after their father passed on. Speaking about his past the singer revealed that despite his dad being a carpenter they could not afford a simple coffin to put his body. He said;

“The life I lived before; when my late Dad ( Paul ) was still alive….. was beyond umaskini (poverty) My dad was a carpenter in the slums of Mathare KENYA But when he died there was no money to buy his body casket!! We didn’t have money to pay for the mortuary..we were forced to do unbelievable things just to get him a cheap casket of about 4500 kenya shillings!! A casket that even had holes…… I will tell you more soon when I gather the energy to! The life I’m living today, only God can tell how appreciative of it I am.”

This weekend (Saturday) the singer visited his late dad’s grave where he spent some time talking to his ‘father’ though he is gone. Through his social media pages the Jigi Jigi hit maker went on to express how much he wishes his dad was alive to enjoy his success now that he has made it in life. He wrote:

“7 yrs down the line and i still cant get you out of my mind dad… today i went to visit my dad’s grave after 7yrs… i wish he was alive to see what the Lord has done in my life.. i wish he was alive to enjoy my success with me… it pains and breaks my heart equally whenever i think of my late Father.. PAUL RADIDO.. papa.. you will always have a place in my heart.”

Comedian JB Masanduku claims his ex wife has been lying to the public

Tina Kagga and her ex husband have been making headlines for weeks now. Well, this is after Tina Kaggia came out to say that she had split from JB Masanduku who was not serious about their family.

According to the lady, the comedian was never there for her and their kids something that led her into depression. Tina Kaggia went on to say that her ex preferred spending time with his friends partying and drinking than coming home to be with his family.

Singer Akothee has left her social media fans questioning whether she is hooked on sleeping pills. This comes after the singer cited that the pill is life – in that it knocks her off in 10 minutes.

The lady shared a photo of the pill which appears to look white bluish and went on to caption it;

Top comedian Daniel Ndambuki has finally turned the big 4-0. His party was however one of a kind as Kenyans flocked KICC to celebrate the comedian’s birthday.

Together with fellow comedians Churchill hosted one of the biggest shows dubbed @40 at KICC this past Friday. The show aw many Kenyans rush to grab their tickets as this was going to be one of a kind celebration witnessed in the entertainment industry.

From the photos, seems like most of the comedians who have been mentored by Churchill availed themselves to perform at their ‘father’s’ party.

Well, this was not an invite only party but an open party for every Kenyan who could make it. However, word has it that Churchill turned down Uhuru Kenyatta and Raila Odinga’s requests to come to the party.

Speaking about the two political leaders, Churchill said:

“Uhunye (Uhuru) wanted to attend but I asked him not to and explained why. The same case was with Rao (Raila)”

He went on to add,

“With the situation still volatile in the country and as things seems to be, my event won’t be an ideal place for them because they will steal my moment,”

KRG a popular and quite rich Kenyan dancehall artists has teamed up with Redsan for his new project set to be dropped soon.

The two artists are said to have flown all the way to Dubai where they shot the video. Judging from the photos shared on their social media pages seems like the video is going to be quite interesting.

Redsan and KRG did their best while picking out the video vixen who will give many a reason to watch the music video. In the past KRG we have heard fellow artists claiming that the dancehall singer is quite generous when it comes to making his videos.

Anyway, as for now all we know is that the much anticipated video will be out by December.

Diana Marua is not a new name in the entertainment industry. In fact she rose to fame after singer Bahati confirmed that he was in a relationship with the lady. What shocked many is their 6 years age difference but oh well, they still got married!

Word has it that the couple is expecting their first child together. Diana Marua confirm the news while speaking to a popular news outlet and the baby will be here in 4 to 5 months time.

Anyway, seems like Diana Marua has decided to deactivate her Instagram page for reasons best known to herself. This comes shortly after her husband, Bahati was said to have conned a businessman Ksh 200,000 thus drawing too much attention to their young family.

on 18th November his former business partner Benson Thuranira said that the singer is expected to appear in court. This came a few week after Benson accused the gospel singer of conning him money.

Bahati,however denied this saying that Benson Thuranira was just a confused fan. His manager who also spoke to popular news outlet went on to add that the rumors spreading about Bahati’s arrest were lies.

Kenyan based record label, Taurus Muzik, is being rumored to be cooking something fierce for the Kenyan Entertainment industry.

Taurus Muzik has previously signed Dela Maranga, Kagwe Mungai and Zambian boy-band ‘Urban Hype’. From what we hear the team is about to expand immensely.

Rumor also has it that that the record label is in the process of breaking boarders by signing other artists from East and Central Africa.

After confirming divorce rumors, Tanzania’s musical icon, Lady Jaydee is yet again making the headlines with fresh rumors that she is to be signed with a Kenyan based record label.

Though this has not been confirmed, the songstress is said to be following the record label keenly on social media. Also word has it that she has already started working with them on a couple of projects.
