King Kaka and his wife,Nana Owiti were recently blessed with a baby boy who they have been keeping off their social media pages for reasons best known to them.

However before announcing the birth of their boy, the couple choose to keep the news about their second born on the low until a month ago when Nana gave birth.

Unlike before – this time around the rapper’s wife  opted not to share photos of her baby bump but now that the baby is here, she has been uploading photos from her achieves to show fans how her journey was.

On her latest photo, she revealed that she had been hitting the gym until a few days to welcoming her baby. Nana also happened to share a never before seen photo flaunting her bare bump which looked like it would pop anytime!

Kush Tracey survives road accident with minor injuries

Kenyan artist Kush Tracey is said to have been lucky after walking out with minor injuries after she was involved in a road accident that left her car totally wrecked.

The accident is said to have his occurred this week shortly after shooting her latest video which is set out to be released soon.

While sharing details on what led to the crash, the rapper expressed her gratitude to the almighty for helping her walk out alive and for giving her another chance to live.

Though she is nursing a few bruises she suffered after the accident, Tracey told Pulse;

“Everything happened so fast and the next thing I was seeing was my car lying on its roof and my body hanging on there. The thing is that I hit a huge stone on the road and could no longer control the car. Thank God I had buckled,”

She went on to add that,

“Lucky enough, somebody recognised me and shifty came to my aid. He helped me out of the wreckage and after I was offered first aid with medics confirming I was well, I was driven home. I must have been fatigued as I had been out in the field with my crew shooting my new video.”

Big Ted who has been playing the role of ‘the State House Director of Brand Strategy and Events’ has not had it easy when it comes to shedding off the unwanted extra body weight he gained just after beginning his career in the entertainment industry.

Due to the excess weight he had gained by 2016, Big Ted who is a close  friend to President Uhuru Kenyatta was forced to sort help on how he to reduce his weight from 256Kgs.

From his social media posts earlier this year Big Ted revealed that he had settled for a Gastric Bypass procedure in Indian – which has seen him drop at least 5 pounds a week for the past few months. So far the surgery seems to have done wonders as he has dropped about 70 kgs.

In his new photos, it is easy to see the difference in his before and after photos since he now appears slimmer and healthier. Though he still has a long way to go before achieving his main target of 90kgs, there is no doubt that he will get there since a journey of a thousand miles starts with just one step.

He also indicated that he is now practicing a healthy living lifestyle in terms of what he eats to avoid his efforts from going to waste.

Sudi Boy’s adorable son bares striking resemblance with his handsome father in new photos

It is barely a year since Sudi Boy and his new girlfriend welcomed their first child together and like any new parents the two have been sharing the toddler’s photos on their social media – updating fans on his whereabouts!

I recently happened to come across new photos of baby Liam and to confirm the rumors making rounds on social media, the young man looks exactly like his daddy especially now that he is almost turning 1 year.

Liam is however Sudi Boy’s second born as the singer already has a baby girl with his late wife who passed on a few years ago after a short illness.

Hamisa Mobetto in trouble for sharing this commercial video featuring Diamond Platnumz and Zari Hassan

A few weeks ago Hamisa Mobetto shared a video of Zari Hassan and Diamond Platnumz advertising Danube, a popular store in Tanzania. We however understand she did this since the video was shot to mock her and in return she decided to upload it on her Instagram as a way of showing her feelings were not hurt.

The video raised a lot of mixed reactions on social media as fans rushed to call out Zari and Diamond for pulling such a ‘cheap stunt’….for the sake of more money.

However, we have now learnt that the owners of the Danube store recently asked Hamisa Mobetto t pull down the video as she was not part of the agreed team who were supposed to share the video on social media.

In the detailed letter, they wrote saying:

Not quite sure if Hamisa will follow the instructions given in the letter but all in all she has lately been attracting attention and I bet this is not about to stop.

Bahati responds after being accused of conning his friend Ksh 200,000

A few days after holding his colorful traditional wedding, singer Bahati was yet dragged into another scandal that claims he was arrested for fraud after conning one Thuranira Kathiai.

According to the reports making rounds on social media, Bahati alleged business partner went ahead to shame slam the gospel singer through his Facebook page where he publicly announced that he conned him Sh 200,000 that was to be used ti start a joint business.

Mr Thuranira Kathiai went on to add that even after reporting the matter to the police station, Bahati used his connections to escape the law…However Bahati has finally decided to respond to the claims saying that he had no idea there was such a story making rounds on social media..

“Mi sijasikia stori ka hiyo. Hao ni wasee wamelipwa kuandika vitu kaa hizo. Mi ata sijui. Si acha nikucall baadaye juu niko kwa meeting kiasi?”

His manager who also seemed shocked to hear of this added to say;

Bahati’s manager went on to add that they knew Thuranira Kathiai as a fan of Bahati’s music but not as a businessman and for this reason they will have to take legal actions for defamation. He concluded by saying:

“We are leaving it to our lawyers to deal with the issue. How can someone make such a claim without any evidence?”

Gospel singer Size 8 admitted in hospital

Word has it that DJ Mo’s wife, Size 8, has been admitted at the Nairobi Hospital following an unknown illness.

The news was shared by her husband, DJ Mo who asked fans, friends and family to remember the singer in their prayers did not disclose what Size 8 was suffering from but now that she is in the hands of doctors, he hopes she will get better soon. He said,

“you’ve been waiting for the Muraya’s vlog but this week we couldn’t do it because my wife is not feeling well. Pray for her that she will feel fine. kila kitu itakua sawa we will be back soon. god bless you.”

The gospel DJ explained this through the Muraya’s Vblog shared on YouTube where he told fans that the reason they have not been uploading new videos is because his wife has been ill and because of politics.

We from the Ghafla team wish the singer a quick recovery and hopefully will be back to doing what she loves most…singing.

Comedian DJ Shiti is now among the top paid comedians in the country thanks to his talent that compares to no other. He has also become a favorite to many who admire his ‘luhya’ jokes and this can be seen by the number of followers he has on his social media pages.

Just recently he shared one of his edited photos that makes him appear like an aged man leaving fans trolling him for his ‘fine looks’. Well if he happens to reach the age of 70 years and above I bet this is how the comedian will look – meaning that he will make one fine grandfather.

Size 8 and Pierra Makena’s daughters continue to confuse many with their striking resemblance

There is no doubt that singer Size 8 and DJ Pierra’s daughters look alike to a point where many have been confusing the two and others are starting to think that they are ‘twins’.

For months now many have been asking whether there could be a possibility that DJ Mo fathered Pierra’s daughter – but this remains a mystery as Pierra has never come out to reveal her baby daddy’s identity.

On the other hand, DJ Mo does not look like a man who would deny a child if Ricca Pokot (Pierra’s baby) were his other daughter. I happened to come across a photo of the female DJ’s baby that also got me thinking that she indeed looks like Ladasha Belle.

On the comment section, most fans also seemed to question how the two girls would share such copy right looks – while others concluded that there must be something we are not being told.

“You don’t even take care of My first baby” Nicah the queen blasts ex fiance, comedian Dr Ofweneke for lying on National TV

Comedian Dr Ofweneke is currently living as a single man after his nasty split with his ex fiancé, Nicah Thequeen who also happens to be the mother of his child.

Their split however became public early this year after Nicah Thequeen went on to narrate how she had been abused by the comedian.

According to her the fella had been hitting to a point where she decided to walk away. She went on to add that if not for the neighbors, the fella she referred to as her husband would have done the unthinkable.

The comedian maintained his silence until just recently when he got a chance to speak on ‘Lets Talk’ which is hosted by Pierra Makena, Brenda Wairimu, Ella Wanjiru and Monique Bett. For the first time,  the comedian admitted to have parted ways with his lady but are still communicating since they have a daughter together.

He goes on to however deny getting physicial with Nicah Thequeen and just like any responsible dad he has been talking care of Nicah’s first born daughter who he treats like his own.

But did he lie? Well, Nicah thequeen who also happened to watch the interview says that the comedian is lying and unlike what he made people believe, he does not take of her child. She wrote saying:

This is why Alikiba has warned his fans not address him as ‘god’

Tanzanian singer Alikiba has always been a favourite to many. This is because his music seem to have a big impact on them and for some reason they have given him the title of ‘Bongo Flava god’ but he is not comfortable with this.

This started after the singer shared new photos on his Instagram page after maintaining his silence for weeks. In the comment section, one can clearly see fans praising him for his talent and suprisingly for the very first time he responded by writing:

According to him, his religion (Islam) does not allow any man to be given the name of the almighty since no human being can be compared to God.

However from her recent post shared on the gram we have learnt that the lass does this for fun and games and unlike what many thought, she actually loves both her haters and supporters since they are the reason she is the person she is today.

Swahili news anchor Doreen Gatwiri has called it quits at Ebru TV after working at the station for  years.

The lady who has been among the fastest growing media personalities in Kenya was also the face of the station and even before choosing to walk away,  I hear Ebru TV had put up a billboard of Doreen Gatwiri indicating that she was the station’s cover – leaving us wondering what could have gone wrong for her to quit.

However, close sources to the lady’s manager have told Ghafla that Doreen Gatwiri decided to resign because of the working terms at the station. Seems that the lady was unsatisfied about some few things that we are yet to find out about.

Comedian Njugush is quite a character. He is among the hilarious men we have come across the entertainment industry and if you ask me, he never runs out of jokes!

A few hours ago the fella decided to share a never before seen photo with his siblings on his social media pages where he ended up leaving most of his fans gasping for air after giving them a good laugh.

Looking at the photo it is easy to spot Njugush since his looks have never changed nor his physic. His sister on the right hand however remains a mystery to his fans since he has never introduced her to them but his brother by the name of Ngugi Ndegwah has been receiving some serious trolls after his older brother shared their throwback photo where he was caught unawares, sleeping while standing.

Citizen TV’s news anchor Muli has lately been entertaining her fans through her social media pages where she posts photos which end up giving them sleepless nights.

Kenyan actress Sarah Hassan relocated with her husband to the united States where she is furthering her studies before she continues with her career. They however returned to Kenya a few months ago to hold their wedding which was an invite only ceremony.

Tanzanian singer Ali Kiba has lately been keeping a low profile even after dropping a major hit ‘seduce me’ that attracted about 2 million views in just a week.

Governor Mike Sonko back in the day had nothing and I mean nothing. He was just another struggling man in Kenya trying to make ends meet for his family. But just like most celebrities we have heard of, he made sure to work hard and this is how he became the man he is today.

Just recently through his Facebook page the Nairobi Governor shared an old photo showing his followers where he started from. The photo which was taken in Mombasa shows a skinny Mike Sonko with over sized clothes and big shoes as a testimony that life can change when you put enough efforts in what you do.

According to him, he always made sure to move from one area to another looking for a job and almost 20 years later he is now living the life he had always dreamt of. Hamisa Mobetto has been the talk of town for the past few months. This is because the lady revealed to have given birth to Diamond Platnumz third child and even after going public about the issue, the singer and his family seem not to be bothered with the baby.

Diamond Platnumz and his mother have made it public that they only recognize Zari’s children thus raising eyebrows among their fans who cannot understand why they would do this to the three months old baby and his mother.

Hamisa Mobetto on the other hand has also started detaching herself from her baby daddy and this can be seen in her latest move where she decided to omit Diamond Platnumz name from her son’s Instagram bio where she had earlier written it.

From previous interviews, Hamisa Mobetto also made it public that the singer has not been supporting their son – something that saw her seek help from the court.

Mishi Dorah seems to be attracting negative energy on her social media even when she wants to be good. This is after the lady shared a photo of her daughter dressed up in her graduation attire and just like any mother, the lady wanted to celebrate her baby just to prove haters wrong especially those who think she is a bad mother. Mishi Dora captioned the photo saying:

However, one fan who seems not to agree with Mishi Dorah’s character commented under the photo saying that she was hoping the young girl would not grow up to be like the mother whose behavior is not fit for any normal mother.

Papa Shirandula’s Awinja left many heart broken after getting pregnant with her first child – a clear indication that she was now seeing someone serious.

The team mafisi who had been eyeing her were left stranded as the lady had already made a decision of being someone’s wife, something that she later confirmed after a brief interview with popular news outlet where she confessed that she wedded her baby daddy in a traditional wedding but the two still have plans of holding a white wedding in the future.

Gospel singer Gloria Muliro has been living the life now that she is divorced and is fully focused on her career. For the past few years she has been releasing her music and avoiding any confrontation with the media – and I bet this is why many don’t even know what she has been up to.

Anyway, just recently I happened to come across some of her new photos that confirm that she has been adding some weight probably from living a stress free life unlike before when she was married to her ex husband, Pastor Omba.

Gospel Singer Bahati is counting just a few months before he officially exchanges his vows with the love of his life, Diana Marua who also happens to be the future mother of his second child since word around town is that the lady is 5 months pregnant.

The two are however living as man and wife after they held their traditional wedding a few weeks ago as revealed through their social media pages. Though their union was done in-front of their parents, elders and friends the two are still looking forward to having a white wedding which will go down after Diana Marua welcomes her baby.

According to Bahati who has been revealing a few details about his wedding, he claims that the wedding will take place at the Kenyatta International Convention Centre (KICC) and hopefully some of the invited quests like President Uhuru Kenyatta and big politicians will be present.

“I must ensure that President Kenyatta receives my invitation to the wedding. It will be big, all my fans in Nairobi will also be invited,”

The singer on the other hand went on to brush off a rumor stating that he rushed his traditional wedding to avoid his second child being born out of wedlock by saying;

“I did not fear being judged – that my wife conceived out of wedlock. Actually, I married to show a good example to society, especially the youth who look up to me as a mentor. I just wanted to show them that kama unataka kuwa na mali, uichukue kwa halali, si kwa kuiba,”

Francis Gichuri who is a news reporter at Citizen TV had a hard time a few hours ago after some few Nasa supporters decided to kick him out of Wiper Headquarters located along Othaya Road, Nairobi where he had gone to cover a press conference called by the opposition party.

From the stories making rounds on social media, Francis Gachuri was attacked by some Nasa supporters who were present for the briefing as they apparently did not want any journalists from Citizen TV at the area.

The video shared by K24 shows the reporter trying to escape from the people who can be heard shouting ‘aende’. Francis Gichuri however got help from some politicians who took him to a safe area to prevent the worst from happening.
