Khaligraph Jones and Eric Omondi take to battle as their beef escalates

The beef between Eric Omondi and Khaligraph Jones keeps getting hotter, with the competition of who is more muscular than the other, attracting public attention.

It all started with a photo of the award-winning comedian flexing his fairly well-built muscles and hitting back at Khaligraph, daring him to go to battle with him.

Looking unmoved by Eric’s cheap threats, the OG instead wished him a fruitful body-building journey, while comparing him to the likes of Sauti Sol’s Savara and Bien Aime.

The backlash

Eric Omondi made a comeback, in a cryptic post questioning;

“Mimi nashangaa mbona tunacelebrate kitambi.”

No pointing fingers but it was obvious he was clapping back at the Kenyan rapper.

Khaligraph who got the memo soon enough, decided to take the beef a notch higher, by bringing in comedian Njugush who has been spending quality time in the gym recently.

According to Khaligraph, Njugush is doing way better than Eric Omondi, posing;

“@bienaimesol Big up My G, I see you Back in The Gym, kill those weights @ericomondi asikutishie.”

His post saw fans burst into laughter including Bien, Njugush and Eric Omondi as they watched the drama unfold.

But who is Eric Omondi to accept defeat without a fight?

This time, he went extra. Unearthing rusty throwback photos of Khaligraph Jones, when he was quite of a hustler, humble and much slimmer that he currently is.

Eric captions;

“Kijana mdogo amekuja Nairobi Juzi, anabishana na wazee. By the time am done with you, utakua umerudi back to factory setting. Taka taka ya Ghasia.”

An embarrassed Khaligraph hit back at the comedian dissing him for trying all means possible, including unearthing photos of him a decade ago, just to prove a point.

“Hahaha Fala wewe, Ile look nilikuja nayo Nairobi ndio sai We unavaa kama Sunday Best.”

Whatever is going on between Eric and Khaligraph, no one seems to understand, as other comedians and personalities bring in their game on the same, each flexing what they got.

Being in the public eye means that celebrities’ bodies are constantly scrutinized. The pressure for celebrities to stay thin and trim is relentless, leading many of them to battle with strict diets and daily demanding workouts with personal trainers.

But some for some like Eric Omondi, Njugush, and Desagu prefer gaining weight rather than lost it. Comedian Eric Omondi who has been on a serious journey of body building gave many a reason to talk after unveiling his new photos.

Judging from the posts shared on page we understand that it took Eric about 7 months to gain his current weight which is yet to be revealed. According to the guy, the Lato milk bosses challenged him to gain some weight; and just like that, he was able to transform his body from that of a skinny fella to body building one.

Remember back when fans and celebrities used to make fun of Eric Omondi’s body? Well, turns out that they had every reason to since he was actually less than 50kgs.

Yes, all that time we saw Eric Omondi on Tv and off TV, taking vacations, dating Chantal among other occasions; the father of one was actually weighing 48kgs. Yes 48kgs!

Eric Omondi has been spending some quality in the gym, trying to get his body in shape and after seeing the results, thought he is better built than rapper Khaligraph Jones.

The self-proclaimed President of Comedy decided to address the heavily-built rapper in an angry online rant that he thought would leave Khaligraph shaken.

In a video doing the rounds, a clearly vexed, shirtless Eric Omondi surrounded by his team of bouncers and fellow comedian Terence Creative, screams;

“Khaligraph Jones! Kichwa kubwa! Nitakupiga! Khaligraph Jones nakuambia na hii si comedy bro, nitakupiga. Nonsense! Jiite OG tena.”

Wind got to Khaligraph soon enough who, seeming unshaken by the tantrums of the comedy star, instead wished him congratulations.

“Congratulations @ericomondi.”

Before mocking him, comparing him to the likes of Sauti Sol’s Bien Aime and Savara who have been trying their luck in the gym as well, but who he believes are still below his fitness level.

“Hao ndio size yako mnaeza Fungua Chama, Mkitaka Kushona Nitafuteni niwatrain,” Khaligraph unapologetically hit back.

Because whether Eric liked it or not, “The OG shall be respected”.

Khaligraph’s post just hit home and where it hurt most after a hurting Bien Aime responded;

The conversation has since attracted mixed reactions from fans, some who could only sit back and watch the drama unfold.

Eric Omondi continues to expand his brand further after officially launching his studios ‘Big Tym Entertainment’ yesterday in an exclusive event.

Tuesday, November 17, close friends and a select few of top Kenyan personalities graced the private event, down in Lavington.

For Eric, he had tirelessly worked a good 2 years to finally see yesterday come to fruition.

“…but this is just a tip of the iceberg,” he admits. Because in as much as he lived to build his brand and showcase his craft, his main desire was to create a space for creatives.

The event

Following its launch, Eric Omondi studios look to host a diverse group of creatives be it artists, comedians, actors or musicians, he believes he has ample capacity to provide every creative with the setup they seek for their productions.

“We have purchased Six Vintage classic cars and an aircraft for our Artists to Use in video shoots. These are situated at the MAMA KAYAI PARK named after our Mum Mama Kayai who was Present to launch it herself,” he attests.

“We have a large Video Studio named after our Legendary Founding Fore Father MZEE OJWANG!!!” Eric further revealed.

And for the comedy creatives, the award-winning comedian left it under his mentor and Godfather of comedy, Mwalimu Churchill.

“We have an Audio Studio Named after our FATHER and MENTOR Baba Yao himself @mwalimuchurchill. Wasanii wasisumbuke kuenda sijui Nigeria ama South Africa. We have all it takes here!!!”

Officially unveiling his studios, Eric announced;

Eric Omondi has proven that the fine things in life are his everyday lifestyle.

The kid popularly known for his online theatrics and staging stellar performances in big crowds, is scheduled for a major gig in Mali Asili stadium, Mwanza in Tanzania this evening at 6pm.

He left the country early morning ahead of the much-publicized event, but even before take off, Eric decided to showcase some of the global brands he had on.

The 43-year old first paraded his high-end multi-colored watch, moving on to the gold jewellery hanging from his neck and his interesting flashy earrings.

Talk of his checked signature golden 2-piece suit before he flaunted his red-bottom Louis Vuitton slip-on black men’s shoes.

Bragging; “Onyesha viatu buda! Le President!” while bouncing towards his plane ready to take off, but unable to contain the elation and pride in him about just how good, life had turned out.

Tonight’s event is one the President of Comedy in Africa had started planning for way before the set date, as early as August, with parody videos imitating Harmonize and Diamond Platnumz just to psych up fans for what was set to drop.

Eric Omondi’s former Italian babe, Chantal Grazioli is a personality to fear. One who best handled the comedian in her own terms, confirmed after a recent photo of her holding onto a snake closely resembling a black mamba went viral.

The Caucasian-skinned babe decided to go into the wild on a sunny day before coming out with the slithering reptile beautifully coiled in her hands, as the two cutely cuddled captioning “Eve in the garden of Eden.”

The lass believed this is exactly how Eve, Adam’s wife, got to befriend a snake that eventually caused eternal suffering in the world, but did she mind? Not at all.

A photo of her that grabbed massive online attention, a section questioning her audacity to hold onto the creature that closely resembled one of the world’s deadliest snakes, as if it was a child.

Uproar

Some fans believed she was equally a snake whose venom kills when handled the wrong way and did not seem any shocked at the strange photo.

Eric Omondi has left fans in stitches after his recent comic stunt went viral.

The funny kid decided to anchor weather forecast in one of our local media studios, wearing a tight ladies’ dress, old heels, full makeup plus a wig to complement his new look.

Taking up the role of our local news anchors, Eric walked in studios, acting like a slayqueen who had just landed the job, making funny poses and an attitude while giving ‘her’ director all sorts of instructions.

With that bossy attitude, Eric introduced the Friday bulletin explaining the reason he does weather for Friday is because he is hot.

Eric Omondi thrills fans with parody video of Harmonize’s failed zip-lining entrance in Tanzania

Eric Omondi is a tough nut to crack, how he is even able to conceptualize a comedy out of a real life event, remains a mystery.

Despite his aging years, the kid has actually become better at the art compared to his youthful years. Recently taking the Internet by story with his own version of Diamond Platnumz Jeje jam that amassed some good audience.

This time round, he has decided to take it a notch higher and cross boundaries to the next compound, that of former WCB signee, Harmonize aka Konde Boy.

So what happened over the weekend, during a major stadium concert in Tanzania, Harmonize decided to stage a unique entrance while on a zip line. It started off well, until it got tough for him to figure out how to get off the zip liner and be assured of a safe landing on the pitch.

Eric Omondi shares story of how he met and fell in love with, Jacque Maribe!

Eric Omondi has every reason to be grateful for having met Jacque Maribe; who is a friends and mother of their grown son!

Speaking recently with Reverend Natasha through her YouTube channel; Eric Omondi opened up for the first time sharing new information about his journey with Jacque Maribe. Of course being a question many have been asking Eric went on to say;

That is the question I’m asked most, some Kenyans just want to know about me and Maribe… We met at Radio Africa (in 2011). I was working at Radio Jambo and she was at Kiss TV.

First date

Having worked in the same environment, they started off by building their friendship; which later led to their first date at Sarit Center and the rest Eric says it’s history!

Alikuwa reporter Kiss TV. Tukapatana tukakuwa marafiki sana. Tukaenda date pale Java Sarit Center. Tukawa marafiki na mimi nikatoka hata yeye akatoka akenda Citizen. Since then were tight. We’re the best of friends na sisi tunajiambia kila siku whatever happens, we’ll remain best of friends. Tunajikumbusha kila siku. She’s a true friend.

Of course we all know that the two have a son together; but they both chose to keep this information on the until just recently. Lately Eric Omondi publicly hangs out with his son and baby mama without fearing what blogs will write!

According to him, how a lady will treat a waitress or guard – will always determine how she carries herself: and this is why first dates remain important to Eric. He went on to conclude saying;

The king of comedy Eric Omondi seems to have gained some weight and become buff in the last few weeks and his fans are begging to notice.

Eric, who is a father of one, rose to fame through stand-up comedy where he would make fun of his physique thus building his career from it.

The former Churchill Show comedian left his fans in awe in a video on Instagram where he was mimicking the Health CS Mutahi Kagwe. As he was speaking, one could not miss his new set of features.

Eric, who was crowned Africa’s funniest comedian at the 5th annual AEAUSA awards, looked more masculine with a broader chest and seemed to have gained a few muscles.

One could notice that he had been working out, lifting weights and had a proper diet as his tiny physique was a thing of the past.

Dressed in a tight burgundy turtle neck in a meeting with the Health CS Eric looked dashing leaving ladies thirsting at his new body frame.

The two brothers once dominated the entertainment industry before Fred Omondi disappeared for a while. Anyway, the two continue to do what they know best; and that is entertaining their fans.

Unlike most of the messages, comedian Fred opted to pour out his heart to Eric who he described; as his strongest brother figure, father figure and mostly a mother figure! He went on to write saying;

Eric Omondi and Chantal Grazioli are back together after their short break; that left fans begging the Italian/Kenyan lady to get back with the comedian.

The two seem to have finally sorted out their issues and are now back to flooding our timelines with romantic photos like before.

Miss Chantal confirmed this through a post she shared wishing her man nothing but the best as he celebrated his birthday. In the post, Chantal mentioned how much she appreciated Eric Omondi for being an awesome man; who hopes to grow old with!

Breakup

Late 2019 the two announced their break up through their Instagram pages saying that this was a personal decision; which they hope would not affect any of their fans.

In a detailed post shared by Eric Omondi, the comedian went on to explain the situation saying;

“I met you when you were only 19. I have known you for 4 and a half years. [I have] shared and created some of the best moments in life with you. You changed my life completely. As you move into your new phase in life — with or without me — I want to wish you all the best, my love.

He went on to add that despite them going separate ways he would continue to cherish all the happy and sad memories they both shared.

“The paths that brought us together are now facing different directions, and as you move on in your path, I wish you the best life has to offer. I pray to God Almighty that He may keep you… May He lead you… May He watch over you…I want to let you know that I will always be here for you anytime, every time. As you fly away, my Love, may you glow, shine like the angel that you are.

Lastly after being together for the many years, he would continue missing her; but the circumstances surrounding their relationship forced them to part ways. He concluded by saying;

Well, it appears that after years of trying to keep their son a secret or rather his father…now Eric Omondi has decided to openly love his son and spend some quality time with him too.

About 5 months ago the couple called off their relationship after months of being engaged to each other. Eric Omondi made the announcement through his gram where he wrote saying;

Sometimes I ask myself why they all decided to make this predictable move. Like, did they stop to think that we were already tired of their lame and tribal jokes. I guess not.

In as much as some of them are talented, (I give it to them, some can sing but I won’t mention any names) why did they imagine that they would have any impact as musicians? What did they really want to achieve?

I bet it all began when they realized that they had lost relevance as comedians, that people were not cheering them as they used to so jumping ship and music seemed like the best option.

In my opinion, if you have established your career in a certain line, you should try your best to perfect it not to cross over to another career and fail terribly at it.

I’m aware that some of them try to include a comical aspect in their songs to show us that they can still do both but I don’t think anyone really cares.

It’s a fact that most of comedians are just trying to remain relevant by maintaining active fan bases but should they torture our eardrums while at it?

Whichever way you see it, Kenyan comedians should get back to terrible jokes that we were all used to and stay away from release music because let’s be honest, the country has enough musicians!

Madini Classic is just a cheap attention seeker

I have been trying to follow the drama between Eric Omondi and one John Philip Ouma, alias Madini Classic, and I came to the realization that it’s just hogwash and a waste of everyone’s precious time.

In my opinion, Madini Classic is just a cheap seeker attention who using the Eric for clout but he is going about the wrong way because it’s working to his detriment.

You see, what this chap currently doing has been done by many artists before him. Every once in a while you’ll hear someone disparaging a more established figure in society just to get some attention.

The way I see it, he acting from a point of desperation because let’s be honest, unlike most of his peers, the likes of Masauti, Otile Brown, Arrow Bwoy, Sudi Boy Madini Calassic barely gets any attention.

You’ll never hear someone saying that he/she thinks of the Nilivyo hitmaker as a great artist never mind the fact that has some really good songs out there.

He’s following the footsteps of Otile Brown, who used Vera to become a household name, but he is going about it the wrong way like I mentioned earlier.

Many people would not want to associate themselves with drama and once they see that you are full of that and are willing to go around tainting the image of others, they tend to avoid you.

Madini Classic

I’d rather he gets to be known for dating a socialite rather than apparently exposing someone else or painting them in bad light, whether the allegations are true or not. It just doesn’t work that way.

If you are keen, I’m sure you’ve noticed that he has been pushing his new collabo with Vivian dubbed Energy while using Eric’s name to land interviews in media houses which tell you what his goal was from the very beginning .

Someone should tell him that he needs to re-evaluate his strategy before it’s too late.

The award winning comedian had his days of glory when he started off at Churchill Show such that when he left he made sure his name would remain relevant.

Revealed: Employment stands in the way of Eric Omondi and Chantal´s Happily Ever After

President of comedy, Eric Omondi has seen the world witness his unspeculated breakup with Chantal but opens up that employment opportunities forced the two apart.

Up and close with EDAILY, Eric Omondi stated that upon granting Chantal her wish, they reached a mutual agreement to call of their romance but stick as allies.

The popular comedian expresses:

What Kenyans did not know is that Chantal has never been Kenyan; she is Italian.

Whenever she jetted into Kenya, she always came to visit me.

With her tourist visa, she cannot work in the country.

Chantal´s stay in Kenya meant she cannot fend for herself, therefore all she could do was stick around her boyfriend.

Meanwhile Eric Omondi was busy doing his tours and all and she therefore felt she needs formal employment.

And, she recently asked me if I can allow her to permanently stay in Italy and get formal employment there.

And because I had seen her stay in my house doing nothing meaningful, I saw it wise to grant her her request.

The only option the 4-year old couple had was to grant Chantal her request to engage in formal employment in Italy but that also meant, no frequent visits.

This would prove tough on them because they would have to bare with the situation of a pretty long distance relationship that none knew when it would end.

Given we would stay far apart from each other over an unknown period, we reached a mutual agreement to end the relationship.

Therefore, calling it off was their best option but close allies, they remain.

We do wish them well.

Eric Omondi has no love for Nairobi women, the comedian portrayed women in the Kenyan capital as money thirsty who can’t date broke men.

The comedian was interviewed on The Kris Fade Show on Virgin Radio Dubai ahead of his gig in U.A.E. The Dubai-based radio station is owned by British billionaire Sir Richard Branson.

Asked what he could tell the world about Nairobi, Eric said that women in the Kenyan capital love money so much that they can’t date a poor man.

“The other thing about Nairobi women is there is this new love for money and success, and you must have it to get hitched,” said Eric.

Single?

The comedian also hinted that he was single while narrating his encounter with a Nairobi woman at an ATM lobby. He revealed that he had to withdraw a lot of money just to impress the woman who was behind him in a queue at the ATM, he further revealed that he took the woman’s phone number.

Eric and his Italian fiancée Chantal Grazioli are said to have major issues that have derailed their wedding. Their relationship is alleged to be on the rocks though Eric neither confirms or denies this.

Eric Omondi adds a new twist to Jacque Maribe’s son paternity puzzle

Eric Omondi and Jacque Maribe dated years ago before they broke up sometimes in February 2015. Jacque indirectly announced the breakup when she was seen publicly exchanging saliva with Dennis Itumbi.

The comedian is also rumored to be the one who fathered Jacque’s 4-year-old son Zahari. He fueled the speculation further when he posted a photo of Maribe’s son on his Instagram account on October 9th.

Chantal and Eric’s wedding is set for September 2019. The comedian opened up about his wedding plans during a radio interview with Mzazi Willy M Tuva.
