12 Year Old ‘Journalist’
Molly is a 12 year old girl living right here in the slums of Mathare. The World Food Programme gave her a small video camera, donated by Cisco, to record her daily life.
Molly went ahead, and has even done a series of 4 short clip episodes to date. This will be in a complete series of six over the next month. Fascinated by the work that Molly did, some school children in Rome even responded with their own video.

The World Food Programme is using video and the internet to inspire the masses to get involved by giving a face to poverty and telling stories that we all can relate to. The project has been made possible, in part, thanks to a donation of around 25,000 high definition digital video cameras by Cisco Corporate Social Responsibility.
