Diamond Platnumz and Jose Chameleone’s palatial mansions prove there are no rich musicians in Kenya (Photos)

Joseph Mayanja aka Jose Chameleone and Naseeb Abdul Juma popularly known by his stage name Diamond Platnumz, are undoubtedly the most successful musicians in East Africa.

Their success in music is also reflected in the expensive lifestyles they lead – the two superstars boast of expensive vehicles and privately owned mansions.

Jose lives in a swanky suburb of Muyenga in Kampala; the storied house has a swimming pool, two sitting rooms and dining areas; servant quarters and several bedrooms.

 



The ‘Tubonge’ hit maker also owns property in US, Rwanda and Tanzania.

“Those who wish to know how rich I am can go to the US embassy and secure visas then go right ahead and inquire about my property there. They can also go to Rwanda and Tanzania where I have homes,”Jose Chameleone by New Vision in 2013 when he was asked how rich he was.

Talking of Diamond Platnumz, the singer has houses in Tanzania and South Africa. His ‘State House’ in Dar es Salaam is said to have cost him more 70 million shillings to put up.

Diamond’s State House has a color changing swimming pool, gym, a Kes 3.5 million gold-plated bathroom among other luxuries.

Churchill Show’s Comedian Ayeiya dies in a road accident

The Kenyan entertainment industry has today lost Emmanuel Makori, popularly known as Ayeiya.

He reportedly died in a road accident along Lang’ata Road.

Ayeiya became  an instant big name on Churchill show on debut and was known for his Sheng skits that majorly compared and put into perspective real life scenarios.

In the car reportedly was actor Maina Olwenya (of Nairobi half life) Paul Wakimani Ogutu and Wakimani’s wife.

May Ayeiya’s soul rest in peace.

After drinking dirty water from a disease-infested pan, Kenyan MP Harrison Kombe now claims he can cure HIV/AIDs (Video)

Sometimes in August 2016, honorable Harrison Kombe turned down mineral water and instead chose to drink dirty water fetched from a pan that animals drank from.

The Magarini MP chose to drink the dirty water to show Mulunguni residents that he understood their plight and to demonstrate his seriousness in finding a solution to their water problem.

Fast forward to 2017, the Magarini  MP is once again making tongues wag because of his sensational claim that he can cure HIV/AIDs and other chronic diseases.

Speaking at Chamari in Kilifi County, Mr. Kombe claimed that he could cure HIV virus at an early stage using reflexology therapy.

He also said the same reflexology therapy could cure infertility, brain tumors, ulcers, kidney and liver diseases among others.

The facial expressions of his audience however proved they doubted every word the law maker was saying. Watch the video below:
