1.Creme De La Crème Sex Tape
This was the mother of all scandals, one of Kenya’s dopest mix masters was caught on camera smashing, oh sorry, being rode by Halima.
Most ladies who watched the tape agreed Crème needed to up his game, it was Halima who did most of the smashing while Crème was only moaning like an abandoned puppy.
2. Waiguru
It was Machakos Senator, Johnson Muthama, who enlightened the country that former Devolution CS was the President’s side dish at the infamous CORD public rally held at Uhuru Park on September 23rd 2015.
The Senator said the only reason why the head of state had refused to sack Waiguru when all fingers were pointing at her in the NYS scam was because she was involved in all manner of debauchery with Uhuru.
Of course the President vehemently denied the rumor while addressing a political crowd in Narok County. He advised his detractors to go ahead and acquire themselves extra wives if at all they were dissatisfied with their current wives.
3. Nouhom Cheick Kone
This one has been implicated in two major sex scandals. It seems the Mali actor has blood that boils at an alarming rate at the sight of them ladies.
Kone was stupid enough to record himself devouring a little known girl in a public toilet at a popular Nairobi bar.

Corporates cashed in on Ocholla’s misfortunes making the brother trend for days.
5. Habida
Her case was the first major sex scandal in 2015 that involved a celebrity. The sultry songstress was caught pants down having illicit sex with actor, Nouhom Cheick Kone, at his house in Roysambu.
Kone’s girlfriend sounded the alarm the moment she walked in her boyfriend having sex with Habida in the living room.
The story went viral despite numerous attempts by Kone and his contacts trying to kill it. Then again you can’t bribe all blogs.
6. Hon. Joyce Lay And Hon. Elisha Busienei
It was the first incident of sexual advances in parliament in 2015. Members of the Defence and Foreign Affairs Committee accompanied President Uhuru to Tokyo, Japan and that’s when the Turbo MP used the opportunity to prey on the prettiest legislator.
The Taveta Woman Representative said they were booked on the same floor with Busienei and as she was talking to her Kitui counterpart, Nyiva Mwendwa, Busienei went and stood at her door, barring her way into her own room. That incident happened on March 18th.
Lay rejected Mr. Busienei advances and the Turbo MP reacted by attacking her with itchy words to prove he was a typical Kalenjin bull.
“When I tell him to move away from my door he tells me that ‘hujui mimi ni Kalenjin’, then he told me ‘you are so useless’,” Lay was quoted as saying.

The fast-rising musician takes the cherry on the cake first, for being the first ever artist in the music scene to churn out an album in just 1 and a half years of joining the industry! Most Kenyan artists have been in the game for eons but never have they produced a single album!
After a highly successful and consistent run throughout the year, Papa Dennis launched his “Wonder” album amid pomp and colour in his hometown, Matunda, where he was discovered by Maliza Umaskini founder, Sadat Muhindi. The album features collabo with Nigerian star, Korede Bello, Daddy Owen, and Rigan Sarkozy.

I thought monsters only existed in blood curdling horror movies but they are actually living amongst us. Some even stalking us and our loved ones with the intention of executing devilish atrocities.
The country was first notified monsters were living with us when self confessed serial killer, Philip Onyancha was apprehended.
A Nakuru man by the name Samuel Maina is rekindling the bad memories of Onyancha with his demonic killings.
Maina is now the most wanted man in Nakuru after he abducted, raped and killed a 9 years old girl on 23rd December 2015.
The monster did not only murder the girl, he chopped her body into pieces and buried her at his doorstep in Kiamunyeki, Nakuru.
The girl’s body was discovered on Christmas day and that’s when her killer also disappeared in thin air. Maina’s photo has been circulated online by concerned parties in a bid to alert the public and assist the police nab the psychopath.
It is hard to even fathom the myriad of broken hearts that the president’s son leaves behind after showing off the face of his gorgeous woman online!

Eye witnesses tell of a crash between his car and an oncoming matatu that pushed him off the road and onto an embankment. He was lucky to escape from the accident with a few bruises and a tall tale to tell.

On 26th Of December 2015 at a private residence in Riara Kim Mwele drank one too many and started hurling insults left, right and centre.
The management requested him to leave as his behavior was already getting out of hand but instead of leaving, Kim resorted to manifesting his physical abilities by pouncing on the ladies who were enjoying their tipple close by.
His first victim was a 23 year old young mum,who he punched in the face so hard that she collapsed. The second lady was who tried to intervene has hurled on the floor and mercilessly punched continously before other people came to the rescue .He was then dragged to the car and forced to evacuate the premises. Later as they where driving to write a report his first victim collapsed from the hit that triggered a nerve disorder she has been suffering from that sent her into a seizure. She was put on valium to calm her down . His second victim is still bed ridden as she recovers from the wounds sustained from the encounter.

Popularly known as Mzee Ojwang Hatari, the man had been part of our screens for close to 3 decades.
He passed away on the 13th of July in the evening at the Kenyatta National Hospital. Mzee Ojwang had been rushed to the hospital after falling sick suddenly and was pronounced dead shortly after his arrival.
2. Ahmed Darwesh
The news of his sudden death came as a shock to many last Monday . The news anchor had been battling diabetes and was rushed to hospital after he was found lying stock-still at his South B home and all efforts to revive him were fruitless.
He will be remembered for his deeply religious beliefs, kindness and charming smile.
3.Nana Gichuru

On January 4th, a Sunday morning, Fidel Odinga’s lifeless body was discovered in his Karen home by his young wife Lwam Bekele . His death came as a blow to not only Raila Odinga’s family but Kenyans at large who were very fond of the vivacious son to Raila.
He was laid to rest at his Bondo family home where his grandfather Jaramogi Oginga Odinga was buried 21 years ago.
5.Ruth Wangechi Knaust
The 38 year mother of 2 was known for being very vocal and her passion when it came to championing for women’s right was demonstrated during the famous ‘My Dress My Choice’ protest .She passed away through a tragic road accident on the 29th of November 2015 and was buried at their rural home in Ngariama, Kirinyaga County on the 5th of December.
6.Shrekeezy
22 year old Shrekeezy (Simon Njoroge) was a rapper and radio presenter. He worked at Hero Radio Kenya, which broadcasts in most of Rift Valley and parts of Western and Nyanza provinces.
His death came after he decided to take a boat ride from Whitesands Hotel to Mbundya island in Dar Tanzania where he mysteriously disappeared on 30 August 2015 only to be found dead 2 days later after a three-day search.
His was laid to rest at his parents’ home in Kabatini area in Nakuru County, Kenya on the 5th of September 2015
7. Murimi Wa Kahalf
Murimi wa Kahalf, became an overnight celebrity back in 2012 thanks to his hit song ‘Ino ni Momo’. Murimi passed way under unclear circumstances after he had been hospitalized for a while back in June.
8.Kelvin Muite
The former Tahidi High actor succumbed to Asthma at the Mama Lucy Hospital back in August.
9.Ryno
Anthony Reagan Kukuni popularly known as Ryno passed away in April after a horrifying road accident along Mombasa Road.Ryno had been hosting ‘Tuliza’ on Q F.M after previously hosting Vuka Na Style alongside the beautiful Eunice Waithera

And that Socialite,whose name we are cleverly avoiding to mention,will be paid as much as Ksh. 715,000 to be at the sybaritic party for a straight 12 hours.
Mbogo,ever the flamboyant kahuna,with no apologies to make and even more Boards to sit as Executive Chairman or whatever,has planned to fly in a total of,get this,18 Ethiopian strippers who don’t even ply their trade in Addis Ababa but in East London. We were also reliably told that each of these strippers,many of whom live in Camden and Manchester cities in the U.K,shall be paid a confounding £2500 each. That’s roughly Ksh. 280,000 each. And they’re expected to fly in by Friday evening,December 25th.
We were also told and shown proofs in paper form of Mbogo’s plan to hire 3 stretch limousines,from a leading and reputable car hire company along Ngong Road to ferry his eminent guests in and around the city from where the jollification will be going down.
We don’t yet know who will be providing sound that day but we’re told the event shall be held in the expansive compound and so the sound system is rumored to be majestic.

The beautiful year is fast coming to a close. It was eventful… Full of brilliant moments, shocking and saddening ones too. It’s an year that started off with the shocking death of Fidel Odinga, Raila Odinga’s first born son and also the presumed heir of the family name and fortunes.
Internationally, it’s an year that kicked off with the shocking terror attack of the French Magazine’s Charlie Hebdo offices where a dozen comics and cartoonists were murdered in cold blood by Islamic extremists prompting an international outpouring of reactions and unprecedented support.
Locally, it was also a very dramatic one. Many new figures were launched onto our faces this year including the latest media sensation Steve Mbogo he of the Ksh. 500,000,000 Karen House that turns out to be as fake as everything else he’s peddled since he burst into the limelight.
It was a very eventful year on Twitter too… With many shocking releases of sexual audios and videos keeping the Twitteratti busy for weeks on end.
Many weddings went down too. Some very publicized and hugely anticipated and some very shocking and shrouded in mystery.
2015 also saw the birth of many celebrity kids including that of Tanzanian superstar Diamond complete with her own fast-growing Instagram account.
Many musical beefs were started by our own artists via Facebook and Twitter too and many punchlines were thrown,many jabs traded and many accusations peddled.
It’s also an year that saw one of the bloodiest and worst terror attacks on Kenyan soil that saw close to 150 innocent Christian students of Garissa University lose their lives in a dastardly terror invasion that took hours to come to an end.
We were also uncharacteristically plunged into some historic darkness after our Television sets were dramatically shut down for a whole month citing Digital Migration stipulations making us miss most of our favorite programmes and news and much more.
Much happened. Most of it funny, shocking, sad, unbelievable, sweet, historic, detestable and crazy.
Let’s break down the Year. And see who OWNED the Year. One step at a time.
1. MOMENT OF THE YEAR – Obama Homecoming
Nothing was as more anticipated as the historic Homecoming of the POTUS. He’s half -Kenyan anyway and millions of adoring Kenyans couldn’t wait to see their own son,now the MOST POWERFUL man in the World,come to visit them and eat and laugh with them. Obama’s visit was hugely anticipated with our media houses falling over themselves to offer the widest and most intensive coverage of this visit. Roads were closed,Kenyans went abuzz and the whole Government almost fighting over a chance for a photo moment and an opportunity to meet and talk to the man. Obama almost brought the Country to a standstill. His effects still felt even weeks after he had left. Historic.
2. SONG OF THE YEAR – Mercy Masika ‘Mwema’
No song took over the airwaves quite like Mercy’s soulful jam did. Sang with impeccable vocals,brilliant songwriting and a jumpy,catchy tune,Mwematook over everything driving crowds wild even in the dingiest and sleekiest of nightclubs. Mwema was everyone’s favorite song. It was your favorite artist’s favorite song. DJ’s made a kill out of it. And Mercy towered like a colossus with it. Everywhere she performed it,audiences ruptured in wild excitement and glee. Jumping to their feet and singing along to it. Word by word. Note by note. Mwema was huge. And mighty classic.
3. WORD OF THE YEAR – Hotbed
This word wasn’t even coined by a Kenyan. It was coined by the ever-malicious CNN gang that sought to downplay Obama ‘s historic visit and juxtapose it with Kenya’s supposed terror insecurity. They maliciously called Kenya a‘ Hotbed of terror ‘promoting a huge outcry from all Kenyans and even from the Government itself. Twitter went ablaze immediately after with irate Kenyans slamming the media house so hard that the CNN President had to personally fly in and make a personal apology to Uhuru Kenyatta at state house. After that,the word Hotbed became hugely overused. But for positive reasons now. Even the President himself using it in his speech at the Obama Business summit meet.
4. BEEF OF THE YEAR – Bahati and Willy Paul
Around April this year,Bahati took to Facebook to try and expose his nemesis Willy Paul as a cheat,a con, a musical thief and a dishonest Gospel artist. And then the World came to a standstill. The media jumped on the story and milked it dry. Many interviews were conducted,many industry players called and talked to. Celebrities took to Instagram to ask the two artists to bury their hatchet. Willy Paul even went underground for a while. The beef escalated at the Groove Awards where, after Bahati won everything,including Best Female Artist,Willy Paul stormed out of the auditorium in a rage. Things did thaw a little later after that. But boy, was that a dramatic beef.
5. SCANDAL OF THE YEAR – Mugo wa Wairimu Clinical Rape
I was going to give that honor to disgraced Pastor Pastor Nganga after the fatal Limuru accident he caused but Mugo’s libidinous antics beat him to this one. Evelyn Wambui sensationally exposed this Jubilee blogger man as a quack medic who not only didn’t have certified permission to operate a clinic but was also raping his female patients all along. And there was a video to prove that. A shocking, shocking video. What followed was massive social media upheaval. People in Githurai even gathered at his clinic attempting to raze it down. Mugo took the fight to Facebook where he, from a hideout,waged a severe war against Citizen TV,supported by his super stupid gang of fanatics. He was later arrested at some Hotel in Limuru from where he had hid for weeks. Sure, this was a Scandal.
6. CLOWN OF THE YEAR – Paul Kobia
This is the Congolese Clown who burst into the limelight much in the same tacky fashion that Steve Mbogo did. But unlike Steve Mbogo or any other pretentiously wealthy attention-whore,Kobia was a special kind of crazed. Nothing about him was ever sane. He made wild pronouncements and even claimed to have killed Fidel Odinga. At the height of his infamy,he even started a twitter account that looked like the hell hole of a mentally disturbed despot. His tweets were as stupid as his ideas. And it wasn’t long before Kenyans moved on from him and regretted why they ever gave such a entirely demented Clown so much attention.
7. CRIME OF THE YEAR – Imenti South MP Rape Case
(Dis)honorable MP Gideon Mwiti is the Meru MP who allegedly invited a female journalist to his office only to turn into a beast and after forcibly establishing her HIV status,using a crook doctor he’d invited to his office cum brothel, ended up raping the said woman and kicking her out of his office late into the night. The story made huge headlines and was followed closely by all Kenyans. It even elicited a sharp,divided opinion on Twitter and radio. The question remains, was he ever found guilty?
8. LIE OF THE YEAR – Octopizzo collaboration with August Alsina
This clownish Kibera rapper decided to take everyone for a ride claiming to have secured a coveted collaboration with one of America’s hottest male singers right now. He even did some song and video featuring what sounded like the vocals of the heartthrob. Trouble is,August was never in the video. And to show just how Mr. August was Never Ever involved in the song whatsoever, his management even took to Twitter to shut down Octopizzo’s wild claims and expose him as a pathological liar. Oospy. What a shame. Poor Kibera boy.
9. CAMPAIGN OF THE YEAR – Jadudi
This was the campaign fronted by Zawadi Nyong’o and bolstered by blogger Biko Zulu that sought to raise millions for Jadudi’s head surgery in India. In a matter of hours,as much as 6 million Kenya Shillings had been raised. And Jadudi went to India,got operated on and flew back whole healthy. It took social media by storm.
10. PHOTO OF THE YEAR – Sauti Sol, Uhuru and Obama
After local pop group Sauti Sol were invited to the State House to entertain the visiting POTUS, they later took photos. Many many photos. But one photo went iconic almost immediately even promoting a huge outcry ;the photo of Sauti Sol’s Bien Aime casually hanging on to the shoulders of both Presidents. Uhuru was beaming,as usual. Obama, not so much. He looked confused and uneasy. Bien on the other hand couldn’t care less,he hang onto the two men like he does onto his band mates. Absolutely unperturbed.
11. WEDDING OF THE YEAR…..
It has never been conclusively decided which was the best wedding of 2015. Was it Janet Mbugua’s or Betty Kyalo’s? That question has never been answered. Both weddings were huge and very popular to start with. And both brides were beautiful and very popular with their fan base too. That question has never been answered. And we won’t attempt answering it now. Let’s keep the games going.
12. TWITTER TREND OF THE YEAR – DJ Creme de la Creme.
I was going to pass that dubious honor to Mollis he of the Mollis Nimeshoka fame. But once again, DJ Creme beat him to this one. I mean, Mr. Creme even trended worldwide. Worldwide!!! At Number 7. His sex tape even got British websites writing about him. Honestly,even Mollis didn’t achieve that much. DJ Creme was the ultimate TRENDING TOPIC… His Twitter mentions were epic. That sex tape? Not so much.
13. BLUNDER OF THE YEAR – Bro. Ocholla.
You all remember how that went down right? And how almost all corporates cashed in on these Ocholla misfortunes. Never had such a good laugh in a long time.
14. OCCURRENCE OF THE YEAR – Television Blackout.
No one had envisioned something like this ever happening. Ever. But It happened. For a month or so, Kenyan were plunged onto darkness and had to either buy a Digital set box or forever remain in the darkness. A huge kerfuffle erupted with the media ganging up against the Government. Finally,the media, battered and frail,gave in. And we all now had to buy those pesky decoders if we ever needed TV in our lives again. And we finally did.
15. WOMAN OF THE YEAR – Ann Waiguru
No woman captured the imagination of the public quite like Miss Waiguru did. She was the most talked about character on Social media. And I lost count of just how many times she became a Twitter Trending Topic this year. She was in the news day in day out. And almost always made headlines across all newspapers almost every week. She was even sensationally linked to the President thus raising her status ever further. Street protests were made in favor of her. And against her. No woman was more talked about,no woman was more controversial and certainly no woman was more intriguing as this Iron Lady Anne Waiguru.
16. MAN OF THE YEAR – Uhuru Kenyatta
For obvious reasons,Uhuru was really the man of the Year. He’s the President to start with. And he’s hosted two of the World’s most powerful people ; Obama and the Pope. Both in one year. The staggering levels of corruption in his Government also put him very much on the spot. His frequent foreign travels too making him a very central figure in the way things played out nationally. He also gave many press briefings. And gave us many memorable moments,full of wonder and laughter and admiration and even disgust. No man owned 2015 quite like Uhuru did.
MERRY CHRISTMAS Ghaflalites……..And a Fabolous 2015!
Size8 is the mother of a beautiful princess Ladasha Belle and while all of us celebrated with her as she and husband DJ Mo welcomed a new family member, we did not know just how trying the moment was for her.

Another precious life lost too soon! A body of girl suspected to have been murdered by her sugar daddy was discovered in Embakasi.
24-year-old Charity Wachira was found dead in a house in Nyayo Estate Embakasi. The deceased was dating a 40-year-old man who is the prime suspect in her death.
The said sugar daddy has since disappeared without a trace. Police are looking for him to aid their investigations.
Traces of blood dotted the walls where the deceased was found lying dead. Charity’s body also had assault marks which highly suggest there was foul play to her death.
The police took the body to the mortuary meanwhile the house remained locked as it was declared a crime scene.

He sneaked into a maternity ward in the cover of darkness and preyed on heavily pregnant woman who was only a few days away from delivering.
The action by one Clifford Shikuku left many wondering whether some people are deprived of a functional conscience.
The psychopath who worked at the privately owned Ebenezer hospital in Kitale sneaked into the hospital to commit atrocity on a female patient.
That makes you wonder the number of Mugo Wa Wairimu-like characters who are still roaming the streets freely.
Unlike the quack doctor, Clifford didn’t sedate his victim because a casual laborer doesn’t have the knowledge of which drug to administer to cause unconsciousness.
He waited till night fell to sneak into the maternity ward pounce on his victim. Equipped with the knowledge about the hospital, Clifford stealthily made his way to the maternity ward where he forced himself on a heavily pregnant patient.
The nurse said she heard some sort of commotion coming from the ward but she thought it was normal since expectant women tend to let out a wail whenever they feel pain.
But when the ‘crying’ voice was accompanied with deep panting, the nurse decided to check out what was happening.
It’s then that she found Clifford between the woman’s thighs drilling her with all of his energy. The nurse sounded the alarm and even before the rapist could dress up, he was roughed up by other hospital staff who handed him a dog’s beating.

Residents in a village in Bungoma were treated to a special spectacle few had ever witnessed.
The family of Mzee Chrisantus Rapong’o were preparing for his burial when clan members and church members differed on the form of burial. The church which the deceased used to attend was preparing for the usual burial until the clan members stopped them insisting the old man is to be buried according to their customs which require him buried in a sitting position.
The matter had to be resolved in court and since September the matter just got resolved this month. The court ruled in favor of the clan and the villagers got the rare treat that required a modification of the coffin which had already been purchased to fit the body in a sitting position.
The grave too was modified and finally the old man was laid to rest as the clan customs required.

He apparently beat up his spouse and she had the medical report and OB number to prove that he had been violent with her. She recorded a statement at Ongata Rongai Police Station under OB 6/11/2015 and presented medical report from Nairobi Women’s Hospital under reference number ORM/8906.
But that was not the only evidence presented; she also showed some texts from Seth, some ominous than the others with one reading “I will break your neck! I swear! I will tear you into pieces. I won’t let you go so easily and you must choose to live or die because I won’t stand you with another man”

Not many gave a damn about Miss Universe 2015 until American comedian-cum-talk show host, Steve Harvey, committed a grave offence.
He wrongfully announced Miss Colombia, Ariadna Gutierrez, as the winner instead of Miss Philippines, Pia Alonzo Wurtzbach. Of course the mistake was corrected and the rightful winner crowned.
But there again comes super jealous Miss Germany, Sarah-Lorraine Riek, with her equal share of controversy.
The German claims Miss Philippines DIDN’T deserve the win because NONE of her fellow global beauty queens voted for her.
“I really couldn’t believe it, I was so upset. For me (she was robbed) as the real winner. I was very happy for Miss Colombia because she really deserved it. I’m really not happy with the result and so are the other girls, I’m sorry to say it.” Miss Germany told the media.
However in a video posted to the Facebook page of Missosology, the world’s largest pageant forum, Miss Germany said she considers Miss France as the real winner of the beauty pageant.

Dear Kenyan Media,
I know I live in a glass house, but please allow me throw stones, nay, I have to throw stones. After yesterday’s remarkable show of unity and nationhood by Muslim passengers not to allow terror mongers harm their non-Muslim co-travelers out in Mandera. It was a rare moment to built on the narrative that indeed we are one Nation. The media had a chance to drive this important national conversation seeing as how the fight against terror in some instances has polarized Kenyan Muslim especially those of Somali extraction. I was however scandalized that no leading newspaper saw this vital, unique, timely and remarkable show of courage and nationhood worth their coveted headline slots. News judgment gatekeepers However in their infinite wisdom thought they should devote their headline to gossip, hearsay and petty politics. Were we waiting for the Mandera incident to turn into a (God forbid) massacre to earn a headline slot? Come on! We (Kenyan media) dropped the ball with this myopic / naive news judgment. I dare say those gallant Muslim travelers have earned a place in Kenya’s history better yet someone give them presidential commendation for courage.

The outspoken blogger and Social Media bigwig has just revealed that he is aware of plans to have him arrested with the orders coming from the DPP. This comes after the blogger had questioned the authenticity and credibility of Halakhe Waqo’s degree certificate. His insistence must have irked someone in the higher echelons of power.
According to Robert Alai, the DPP was acting at the behest of Halakhe Waqo the EACC CEO. The blogger was in his usual combative self, refusing to be intimidated by the move. Here is his post;
