Kenyans have once again been feted fairly on the list compiled by Swiss Magazine. Four of our finest voices made it to the list.
Credit Suisse, a Swiss customer magazine has compiled a list of top 50 African personalities; entrepreneurs, artists, athletes, politicians and activists, that shape mother Africa through their work.
The magazine only named four Kenyan musicians amongst movers and shakers of the continent.
Guess who the four are? Of course they are Bien-Aimé Baraza, Willis Chimano, Delvin Mudigi and Polycarp Otieno who together comprises Sauti Sol.
The quartet continues flying the country’s flag high. Credit Suisse described the group as Kenya’s most popular export on African continent.
Is there anything that Sauti Sol can’t achieve really? Their name has been featured in all global award events, they have danced with the world’s most powerful man and now a Swiss magazine ranks them among the top 50 African personalities of modern time.
